MJET is recruiting two experienced Service Crew Members (Cabin Crew) to join our team in Belgrade, operating on a prestigious long-haul aircraft. This is not an entry-level role—we're looking for easy-going, team-oriented professionals who already know the world of large-cabin business aviation and are ready to bring their expertise to one of the most admired jets in the sky.

Important – Location Requirement
You must already live within a two-hour driving distance from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG/LYBE). Relocation is not possible for this position. We are hiring locally only.
What You Bring to the Aircraft?
This role demands specific, hands-on experience. To be considered, you must have:
- Business aviation experience – Previous work on large-cabin business aircraft such as Gulfstream, Bombardier Global, Dassault Falcon, Challenger, or similar is mandatory
- Commercial airline background – Experience in First or Business Class is highly valued and adds important depth to your skills
- Leadership or training experience – If you've worked as an Instructor or Senior Cabin Crew, that's a strong asset
- High-end service skills – Training or experience in silver service, fine dining, wine knowledge, sommelier education, or similar luxury hospitality is highly appreciated
The Role and Working Conditions
This is a unique operation. The aircraft will be crewed with three pilots and two Service Crew Members—just the two of you in the cabin. That means teamwork, trust, and mutual support are essential.
- Roster: You'll benefit from a 15-days-on, 15-days-off schedule. While your contract will mention 20-on/10-off for training and flexibility purposes, the actual working pattern is designed to give you meaningful time at home. The roster can be adjusted as needed in coordination with your colleague and the Head of Cabin Crew.
- Compensation: Salary depends on experience and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates
- Per diem: €100 per day on duty
