As a Scoot cabin crew member, your primary focus is ensuring passenger safety at all times. You'll also be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a vibrant on-board atmosphere. To excel in this role, you'll need to maintain a thorough understanding of your duties.

Training
Upon joining the company, all new employees will undergo a two-month training program to prepare them for their role at Scoot. The curriculum encompasses the following core competencies:
- Safety and emergency procedures
- Door operation
- Firefighting
- First aid administration
- Personal grooming standards
- Scoot company culture and values
- Passenger handling procedures
- In-flight sales processes
Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years or older and meet the minimum height requirement of 1.65m for males and 1.58m for females due to safety and security protocols. Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of Junior College (TANDAI) or a degree from a recognized university, with a preferred TOEIC score of 600 or above. Relocation to Singapore is mandatory, as is the ability to work a rostered schedule including weekends and public holidays. A commitment to serving a compulsory service bond is required. Due to our grooming policy, candidates must maintain a professional appearance at all times and visible tattoos are not permitted. Only shortlisted applicants will proceed to the assessment center, and successful candidates must be able to start employment within two months of the assessment.
