Do You Have the Qualities We Look For?
We're searching for more than qualifications; we're looking for character. To be considered, you should be:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset).
- A true team player with a warm, outgoing personality that naturally puts others at ease.
- At least 21 years of age and a minimum of 160cm tall, with the ability to reach 212cm.
- In possession of a minimum high school diploma (Grade 12) and at least one year of hands-on experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Able to meet all UAE employment visa requirements.
- Free of visible tattoos while in the iconic Emirates uniform.

As a Grade II Cabin Crew member, your salary is designed to reward your time in the air. The approximate average total is AED 11,244 per month (approx. USD 3,061), which includes:
- A fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
- An hourly flying pay of AED 69.6 (based on 80-100 average flight hours monthly).
- Meal allowances for overnight layovers.
