What to Expect on the Recruitment Day?
To give yourself the best chance, come fully prepared:
- Resume/CV in English with up-to-date contact details and relevant experience
- Photographs: one passport-size and one full-length business attire photo (following Emirates’ professional grooming standards)
- Passport copy valid for at least six months (or government ID if you don’t yet have a passport)
- Education certificate (minimum high school diploma or equivalent)
- Application form if provided in advance — otherwise you’ll complete it at the venue
Dress code matters
- For Women:
- Hair: Neatly tied back
- Face: With full makeup
- Dress Code: Business attire
- Shoes: Wear heels
- For Men

What Emirates Is Looking For?
Before attending, make sure you meet the core requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years at the time of training
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language: Fluency in English (French or other languages are a plus, especially in Canada)
- Experience: At least 1 year in hospitality, customer service, or tourism
- Height: At least 160 cm, with arm reach of 212 cm
- Appearance: No visible tattoos in uniform
- Work eligibility: Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements

- Basic salary: AED 4,980/month
