What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary responsibility will be the safety and well-being of our guests. From preparing the cabin before boarding to organizing smooth inflight service, you’ll keep every detail in check. You’ll serve meals and drinks with genuine hospitality, assist passengers with their needs, and ensure onboard sales are handled professionally. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that works together to deliver a distinctly Swiss standard of service — friendly, efficient, and with a personal touch.
Requirements
You’ll need to have completed school or vocational training, be at least 18 years old, and stand between 158 cm and 190 cm tall. Excellent health is essential (a medical check will be required before employment), as are good swimming skills. Fluency in Swiss German, German (B1 minimum), and English is a must — knowledge of Albanian or other languages is a bonus. We’re looking for someone with a polished, well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and a naturally warm, approachable personality. A valid Swiss or EU/EFTA passport without restrictions is also required.
