In this dynamic role, you will be entrusted with our guests' safety, comfort, and overall experience. You'll work as part of a cohesive team to ensure every flight operates smoothly and feels personal.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing and implementing all onboard safety regulations with precision and care.
- Managing cabin preparation and organizing workflows to ensure efficiency from pre-flight to arrival.
- Providing friendly, attentive, and professional care to all passengers throughout their journey.
- Serving meals and beverages with a hospitable touch.
- Enhancing the in-flight experience through our onboard sales service.
Is This You?
We are seeking candidates who embody our values of professionalism, warmth, and reliability. To join our crew, you should meet the following expectations:
- Be at least 18 years old, with a height between 158 cm and 190 cm.
- Have completed your school or vocational education.
- Communicate fluently in Swiss German and English, with a minimum of Level B1 in German. Knowledge of Albanian or other languages is a distinct advantage.
- Bring an outgoing, charming personality and exceptional interpersonal skills to every interaction.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners at all times.
- Be in good health and pass the required medical examination prior to employment.
- Possess strong swimming skills.
- Be available for a contract start at the beginning of May 2026.
- Hold a valid Swiss or EU/EFTA passport without travel restrictions.
