Join the Marabu Airlines Crew: Cabin Crew Member – Hamburg, Nuremberg & Leipzig!
Marabu Airlines is growing, and we're looking for experienced flight attendants to join our team across our German bases in Hamburg, Nuremberg, and Leipzig. As a fresh, dynamic leisure airline with a modern all-Airbus A320 NEO fleet, we're passionate about delivering memorable holiday experiences to passengers heading to sunshine destinations. What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
Every flight with Marabu is a chance to create a positive, lasting impression. Your role goes beyond service—you'll be the reassuring, friendly presence that makes passengers feel welcome and secure from boarding to landing.
- Welcoming passengers with warmth and professionalism: You'll set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable journey, ensuring every guest feels looked after.
- Keeping safety front and center: From pre-flight safety checks to demonstrating emergency procedures and ensuring all regulations are followed, your vigilance protects everyone onboard.
- Handling in-flight sales with a smile: You'll introduce passengers to our onboard products, making the experience feel helpful and natural rather than pushy.
- Working seamlessly as a team: Cabin operations run smoothly when everyone communicates and supports each other—you'll be a reliable, encouraging teammate through every shift.

We're looking for cabin crew who already have their EASA attestation and are ready to hit the ground running. Here's what you'll need to qualify:
- Age & Height: At least 18 years old, with a minimum height of 158 cm.
- Education: Completed secondary education.
- Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Any level of German is welcome—but we do encourage a willingness to improve your German over time.
- Certification: A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is essential.
- Right to work: You must have the legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
- Medical & physical fitness: A valid aeronautical medical certificate, plus the ability to swim unassisted.

Beyond the checklist, we're looking for someone with genuine empathy, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. You stay calm when things get hectic—whether it's a last-minute roster change or an onboard situation—and you handle it all with grace. You're adaptable, punctual, and someone who lifts the team around you.
