Your Role: The Heart of the Passenger Experience
In this role, you are much more than a safety professional; you are the friendly face of Marabu. You'll be responsible for ensuring every passenger feels welcomed, safe, and cared for from boarding to arrival.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Delivering Genuine Hospitality: You'll provide attentive, warm, and professional service that makes our passengers' journeys comfortable and enjoyable.
- Upholding Uncompromising Safety: You will be our on-board safety expert, conducting pre-flight checks, demonstrating safety procedures, and ensuring full compliance with all aviation regulations.
- Enhancing the Journey: You will assist with our in-flight sales, offering products and services in a friendly, engaging way that adds value to the travel experience.
- Collaborating as One Team: You'll work seamlessly with your fellow crew members to ensure every cabin operation runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting each other to deliver our best.
What You Bring to Our Cabin
We're looking for more than a list of qualifications; we're looking for the right attitude and a commitment to growth.
To be considered, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age and 158 cm tall.
- Completed secondary education and the legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. We welcome all levels of German language skills and will support your journey to improve your German over time.
- A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and prior cabin crew experience.
- A valid aeronautical medical certificate and the ability to swim unassisted.
- A clean criminal record.
- The flexibility to be able to reach your designated home base airport (Nuremberg or Leipzig) within 60 minutes, at any time.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in either Nuremberg or Leipzig (this is not a commuting contract).
