Join Contour's Premier Charter Service Team – Based in the Tri-State Area!
Location: White Plains, NY (with travel to TEB, HPN, and other regional airports)
Are you ready to bring your passion for service to the skies with a company that truly values integrity, safety, and teamwork? Contour Aviation—a trusted name in the industry with decades of experience—is seeking polished, professional Flight Attendants to join our Charter Service team based in the beautiful Hudson Valley. If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you can build genuine connections with passengers, and where safety comes first without compromising on style, this opportunity was made for you.
At Contour, we don't just move people from point A to point B. We create seamless, comfortable, and memorable travel experiences for passengers who expect the very best. Our Flight Attendants are the heart of that mission, combining FAA-level safety expertise with a warm, intuitive service style that puts our guests at ease from the moment they step onboard.
A Role That Asks for the Best of You
This position is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in their ability to adapt. You'll work aboard private charter flights, catering to passengers who appreciate thoughtful service delivered with grace. You're not just serving—you're anticipating needs, managing details, and ensuring every aspect of the cabin environment reflects Contour's commitment to excellence.
You'll need to be comfortable working independently or as part of a tight-knit crew, staying composed during long duty days, and embracing a schedule that keeps things interesting—nights, weekends, holidays, and sometimes weeks away from home. It's a lifestyle as much as a job, and for the right person, it's incredibly rewarding.
What You'll Do Onboard?
Your days will be filled with meaningful responsibilities that go far beyond the ordinary:
- Welcome passengers warmly and assist with luggage, including lifting and stowing items into overhead bins
- Deliver clear, confident safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all FAA regulations
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages with attention to presentation and detail
- Provide compassionate assistance to passengers who need extra support, such as unaccompanied minors, seniors, or individuals with disabilities
- Maintain the cabin's appearance throughout the flight, keeping the galley and lavatory pristine
- Respond to in-flight emergencies with calm professionalism, following instructions from the flight deck and guiding passengers as needed
- Restock the galley between flights, checking expiration dates and notifying leadership when supplies run low
- Complete detailed reports and paperwork regarding any incidents or discrepancies
- Represent Contour with integrity and a positive attitude, both onboard and during ground-based interactions
Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking candidates who combine professionalism with genuine warmth. You should be someone who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and stays cool under pressure—even when things don't go as planned.
To be considered, you'll need:
- At least 23 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED (required)
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, plus a valid passport
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to travel internationally
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a welcome bonus)
- The ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Residency within the tri-state area, no more than a 2-hour drive from airports like Teterboro (TEB) and White Plains (HPN)—and ideally within 1 hour of your assigned domicile
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including 16-hour duty days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to complete a 4-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program successfully
You'll also need to pass:
- A DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing
- A 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks
The Qualities That Set You Apart
