Your Role: The Art of the Arrival
As the welcoming face of Jetex, you will set the tone for every guest's journey. Your primary mission is to deliver a flawless and personalized arrival experience, ensuring each VIP passenger feels valued and attended to from the instant they arrive at our exclusive terminal. You are not just opening a car door; you are opening the door to a world of refined service and discretion.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a warm, professional, and genuine welcome to all clients, embodying the Jetex standard of hospitality.
- Personally greeting VIP passengers upon their arrival at the terminal, ensuring a smooth and elegant transition from their vehicle.
- Assisting with vehicle doors and offering a helping hand with light luggage as needed.
- Maintaining an impeccably groomed and professional appearance that reflects the luxury brand image of Jetex.
- Ensuring the entrance and arrival area is consistently pristine, orderly, and inviting.
- Carrying out any additional duties with grace and efficiency as directed by your Line Manager.

Who We Are Looking For?

- A High School Diploma or equivalent; a higher diploma in a relevant field is a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a luxury hotel environment or a high-end customer service role.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect gracefully and effectively.
- A natural talent for customer service, anticipating needs before they are expressed.
- The invaluable ability to remain composed, courteous, and effective under pressure or in unexpected situations.
