Jetex is seeking an experienced and customer-focused VIP Hostess to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The VIP Door Attendant plays a crucial role in creating an outstanding guest experience by offering a warm and professional welcome to all passengers arriving at the Jetex terminal. As the first point of contact, the attendant ensures smooth transitions from vehicle to terminal while maintaining Jetex's brand image with elegance and exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
As a VIP Attendant, you will provide a high level of customer service with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting VIP passengers upon arrival, assisting with vehicle doors and light luggage handling, maintaining a polished appearance, ensuring the entrance area is presentable, and completing any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a High Diploma (preferred), be multilingual (an advantage), and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellence in customer service, and the ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with passengers are essential.
