You'll follow Brussels Airlines' procedures with professionalism, show up prepared for every flight, and take pride in representing the airline's standards both in appearance and attitude.
You'll consistently be on time for pre-flight briefings, understand the day's flight details, and work as part of a team ensuring passengers receive warm hospitality and exceptional customer care. Safety remains your top priority, and you'll apply every training step you've learned—from emergency procedures to onboard protocols—with precision.
What You Need to Bring?
To join the 2026 program, Brussels Airlines is looking for students who meet the following essentials:
- You are at least 18 years old when the training begins
- You have completed at least one year of higher education after secondary school
- You are an EU citizen or legally allowed to live and work in the EU
- You can provide proof of your diploma (minimum A2)
- You hold a valid international passport with at least 6 months' remaining validity
- You can swim at least 25 meters
- You speak English, French, and Dutch with confidence
- You are available for at least one full month during summer 2026 (June–September), preferably longer
- You are comfortable working irregular hours, including weekends
- You can reach the airport reliably, even for early morning or late evening duties
- You are willing to follow the Brussels Airlines uniform and grooming rules, including no visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, or hands
- You pass the mandatory medical exam for Cabin Crew
- You are committed to working exclusively for Brussels Airlines in this student role

Please note that your employment contract begins only after you complete the training successfully, so the training period is unpaid. From that point forward, you'll be expected to participate in all required refreshers and annual trainings, maintaining the high safety and service standards expected from every Brussels Airlines crew member.
