What You'll Be Doing Every Day?
As a Flight Attendant with PAL Airlines, you are the reassuring presence that passengers remember long after landing. Your role blends safety leadership with genuine hospitality. - Keeping everyone safe by enforcing Transport Canada regulations and our own PAL Airlines standards—without ever losing that human touch
- Walking passengers through safety protocols in a way that feels clear, calm, and never rushed

- Offering consistent, high-quality service from boarding to baggage claim, making each person feel seen and valued
- Thinking on your feet when delays or unexpected issues arise, helping find solutions that keep passengers comfortable and informed
- Working independently when needed, but always knowing you have a supportive team beside you
- Representing PAL Airlines with professionalism, patience, and genuine warmth in every interaction
- Stepping in with first aid or medical assistance whenever a passenger needs help
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for people who care as much about safety as they do about service. To be considered for this position, you'll need:
- To be at least 19 years old (required for serving alcohol under Canadian law)
- A valid passport and the ability to travel to and within the United States without restrictions
- The ability to obtain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card, which requires a clear criminal record, a five-year traceable history, and Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service skills—formal experience is a bonus, but a natural warmth and attention to others is essential
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities
- A clean criminal record check before starting
- The flexibility to be away from home for extended stretches, as this role involves travel
- The ability to complete a five-week, full-time initial training program
- A schedule that can adapt to shift changes and operational needs—sometimes on short notice
