Description
As a Cabin Crew Base Manager, you will be responsible for directly leading the Jet2.com Cabin Services Team and enhancing operational performance at the base. Your duties include providing proactive management support to ensure the safe and consistent delivery of high-quality onboard service and the continuous performance management of all Cabin Crew members. You will ensure that Cabin Crew performance and duties align with current legislative and company standards. Additionally, you will actively engage in business operations to identify improvements and boost productivity. Leading recruitment at the base to present high-caliber candidates for initial training will be part of your responsibilities, along with ensuring continuous training, progress, and development plans for your team's success, while addressing any HR-related matters as needed.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must have extensive experience as Cabin Crew, with a proven track record of successfully managing a large team, ideally within a Cabin Crew Base Management role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to uphold high operational standards are essential. The candidate should demonstrate the capability to build and maintain excellent relationships both within the company and with external stakeholders. A proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable mindset is required. Additionally, due to the nature of the role, availability to operate on-call as needed is essential.
