As the Lead Flight Attendant, you will be the sole cabin professional onboard, responsible for every aspect of the guest experience from the moment the aircraft door closes. You'll work hand-in-hand with the flight deck to ensure seamless, safe operations while anticipating the needs of VIP travelers who value privacy, precision, and personalized attention. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Champion safety as your highest priority, ensuring all onboard protocols are followed and guests are secure throughout every phase of flight
- Partner closely with the flight crew to support safe, efficient, and well-coordinated operations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards across the cabin, galley, and lavatories—every detail matters
- Execute all pre-flight preparations, inflight service, and post-flight duties with precision and timeliness
- Curate and deliver exquisite catering tailored to guest preferences, with a refined understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine

- Complete operational documentation accurately and thoroughly

What We Require from You?
This role demands someone with a specific background and mindset. To be considered, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Minimum High School certificate required; a university degree is highly preferred
- Full proficiency in English—verbal, written, and comprehension
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the private aviation sector, ideally including single-crew operations where you managed the cabin independently
- Previous experience working in private aviation within the Middle East, understanding regional expectations and cultural nuances
- Demonstrated ability to uphold strict confidentiality—discretion is non-negotiable
- Comfortable with the unpredictable nature of non-scheduled operations; adaptability is essential
- Flawless grooming, refined etiquette, and a polished professional presence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience placing catering orders aligned with guest profiles and individual preferences
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine and service styles
