As a RoyalJet Flight Attendant, you are the cornerstone of our unparalleled guest experience. Your primary mission is to seamlessly integrate the highest standards of safety with exceptional, personalized service. You will operate within a non-scheduled, fast-paced environment, where your ability to anticipate needs, adapt to evolving situations, and maintain impeccable composure is essential. This role goes beyond standard procedures; it's about curating a flawless, discreet, and memorable journey for our distinguished guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Upholding the absolute highest standards of safety, security, and service excellence on every RoyalJet flight, as defined in our Cabin Service Manual.
- Demonstrating grace under pressure, remaining calm, flexible, and resourceful amidst demanding operational requirements.
- Executing all aspects of onboard service with precision, from gourmet dining to cabin preparation, ensuring every detail aligns with our guest's profile and preferences.
- Proactively communicating with Lead Flight Attendants (LFAs) to provide guest feedback and observations, helping to refine and personalize our service standards.
- Maintaining a commitment to professional growth by staying current with the latest trends and regulations in private aviation.
- Ensuring all mandatory documentation (passport, visas, GCAA licenses, CMC certificate) remains valid and compliant at all times.
- Adhering strictly to company policies, including our fundamental commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
The Ideal Candidate!
We are looking for more than experience; we seek individuals who embody the sophistication and dedication of the RoyalJet brand. To be considered, you should possess:
- A minimum of a High School certificate; a university degree is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.
- Impeccable personal grooming, professional etiquette, and a polished presence.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, paired with strong planning, organizational, and integration abilities.
- A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to organizational excellence.
- Intermediate proficiency in standard computer applications.
- Proven experience as Cabin Crew with a recognized international airline, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in First/Business Class or a dedicated Premium Zone.
- Completion of mandatory aviation trainings including Ab Initio, Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Service, First Aid, and CRM.
- A valid flying crew license is highly desirable.
- Must be currently flying or have been out of service for a maximum of one year (with a sound, justifiable reason).
