We are now inviting experienced cabin crew to join our dedicated team. If you have a background in premium service—whether in VIP aviation, Business Class, or First Class—and a true passion for anticipating guest needs at the highest level, this could be your next step into a uniquely rewarding career.
Base: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (with additional bases in Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Berlin, and Hamburg)
What the Role Involves?
- Preparing, executing, and following up on international VVIP flights, ensuring every detail is seamless
- Delivering highly personalized and discreet service to distinguished guests before, during, and after each journey
- Managing inflight service, from fine dining menus to curated beverage selections, with an emphasis on presentation and elegance
- Organizing catering, amenities, and cabin setup tailored to passenger profiles and expectations
- Safeguarding the highest safety and service standards in collaboration with Flight Operations, handling agents, and internal teams
- Maintaining and overseeing cabin equipment, inventory, and supplies to ensure readiness for each mission
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent German and/or English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation and proven experience as a flight attendant
- Strong background in premium service, ideally from aviation, high-end hospitality, or luxury gastronomy
- Professional, polished presence with the ability to remain calm, confident, and adaptable under pressure
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills, high discretion, and resilience
- Flexibility to travel worldwide on short notice and willingness to relocate within Germany
- EU passport (or equivalent with unrestricted travel rights)
- Ability to swim and commitment to completing all required safety training
