Your Mission: Curating the Ultimate In-Flight Experience
In this role, you are the central figure in creating a seamless, secure, and supremely personalized journey. You will be entrusted with the complete cabin experience, operating with a high degree of autonomy and discretion to meet the exacting standards of our passengers.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the ultimate guardian of safety, ensuring full compliance with all cabin safety standards and procedures on every flight.
- Providing intuitive, anticipatory, and discreet VVIP service that exceeds expectations and builds lasting client relationships.
- Independently managing all aspects of onboard catering, from sourcing premium suppliers to flawlessly executing bespoke menus and handling unique passenger requests.
- Taking full ownership of the cabin's presentation, including meticulous care, cleaning, and precise management of inventory and luxury amenities.
The Profile We Are Looking For

- Communication: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Presence: A consistently well-groomed appearance, combined with an open, friendly, and culturally aware demeanor.

- Expertise: Proven experience delivering exceptional service in a First or Business Class environment, either with a leading airline or within private aviation.
- Credentials: While helpful, a valid cabin crew certificate (CCL) and security clearance are advantageous; we are prepared to support the right candidate in obtaining these.
