Your Role: Create Seamless, Refined Experiences
As VVIP Cabin Crew with Elit'Avia, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, refined, and highly personalized onboard experience—from pre-flight preparation through to post-flight duties—while always upholding the highest standards of safety. Every detail matters, and you'll be the person who ensures nothing is overlooked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all safety and emergency duties in line with applicable regulations and company procedures—safety is non-negotiable
- Coordinating catering, menu planning, and special passenger requests with premium catering providers—every meal is an opportunity to impress
- Preparing the cabin prior to passenger arrival and maintaining impeccable cabin presentation throughout the flight
- Delivering restaurant-level food and beverage service, including preparation, plating, and presentation of meals onboard
- Managing onboard supplies, inventory, and cabin equipment—ensuring everything is ready for every journey
- Ensuring every detail of the passenger experience meets the standards expected in a VVIP private aviation environment
Requirements
To succeed in this elite role, you'll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as Cabin Crew within Private/VIP/VVIP aviation—you understand the nuances of serving high-profile clientele
- Experience onboard large-cabin business jets—familiarity with premium aircraft is essential
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)—preferred, but not mandatory
Service & Hospitality Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of VVIP service standards and luxury hospitality—you know what excellence looks like
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, table setting, presentation, and etiquette—you deliver with precision and grace
- Wine knowledge and confidence in selection, pairing, presentation, and service (formal sommelier training is an advantage)
- Understanding of international cuisine, premium ingredients, and dietary requirements, including allergens—you cater to every need with confidence
Language Skills
- Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)—essential for serving our diverse clientele
Personal Qualities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills—you manage multiple priorities with ease
- Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and the ability to anticipate passenger needs without intrusion
- Absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism—always and without exception
- Flexibility to operate within a dynamic international flight schedule on a rotational basis
Documentation
- Legal right to work in the country of employment and the ability to hold the travel documents required for international operations
- Holding additional visas will be considered an advantage
