- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate aviation / private jet experience—you already understand the nuances of VIP service

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong plus
- Age: Minimum 25 to 35 years old
