To strengthen our globally operating team, we are looking for a full-time VIP Flight Attendant (m/f/d) to join us at our Nuremberg base.
As a VIP Flight Attendant at FAI, you provide more than first-class cabin service—you stand for the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality, representing one of Europe's leading private jet providers. As a trusted FAI ambassador, you ensure an outstanding travel experience for up to 15 international VIP guests during worldwide assignments.
You will handle a variety of operational challenges while providing personalized, discreet, and exceptional service that reflects our high standards of quality. Working closely with our multinational crew, you will create a welcoming, reliable, and safe atmosphere where our passengers feel completely taken care of at all times. What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of experience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality:
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Flight Attendant in General Aviation, or
- Several years of long-haul cabin crew experience, ideally in Business or First Class, or
- Completed training in high-end 5-star hospitality
Personal Requirements
- EU passport (mandatory) and minimum age of 21
- Professional, friendly appearance and impeccable manners
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and strong organizational skills
- Structured and forward-thinking approach with high quality standards
- High flexibility and willingness to undertake worldwide assignments
- Diplomatic skills and a strong hospitality mindset
Language Skills
- Fluent English and good German—additional languages are an advantage
