Now, we're looking for an exceptional VIP Flight Attendant to join our globally operating team at our Nuremberg base.

As a VIP Flight Attendant at FAI, you'll offer more than first-class cabin service. You'll be an ambassador for one of Europe's most respected aviation companies, ensuring an outstanding travel experience for up to 15 international VIP passengers on worldwide missions.
What You'll Be Doing?
Your role will be varied, demanding, and deeply rewarding. You'll handle a variety of operational challenges while delivering personalized, discreet, and excellent service that reflects our high-quality standards. Working closely with a multinational crew, you'll create a warm, reliable, and safe environment where passengers feel genuinely cared for at every moment.
From meticulous pre-flight preparation to flawless inflight service and post-flight follow-up, your attention to detail and forward-thinking approach will ensure every journey exceeds expectations.
What We're Looking For?
To join our elite team, you should bring:
- Experience: At least 1 year as a flight attendant in general aviation, or several years of long-haul experience (ideally in Business or First Class), or completed training in upscale 5-star hospitality
- Citizenship: EU passport (mandatory)
- Age: Minimum 21 years
- Appearance: Well-groomed, friendly, with impeccable manners
- Personal Qualities: Initiative, sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and a structured, forward-thinking work style with high quality standards
- Flexibility: High willingness to travel worldwide on short notice
- Soft Skills: Diplomatic sensitivity and a genuine hospitality mindset
- Languages: Fluent English and good German skills; additional languages are a distinct advantage
