We’re currently looking for a full-time VIP Flight Attendant to join our Cabin Team in Nuremberg — someone who thrives in an exclusive environment and understands what it means to provide a truly first-class experience.
About the Role – Luxury Service Above the Clouds
In this role, you’ll be the face and heart of every flight, welcoming our distinguished guests and ensuring every moment on board reflects elegance, safety, and comfort. From crafting bespoke dining experiences to creating an inviting atmosphere, you’ll make sure our passengers feel cared for in every detail.
What You’ll Do?
- Deliver an exceptional inflight experience tailored to the needs and preferences of our VIP and VVIP guests
- Prepare and present fine dining service, ensuring every detail—from plating to timing—reflects a five-star standard
- Style and prepare the cabin before each flight, creating a warm, sophisticated atmosphere for up to 15 guests
- Maintain an immaculate cabin throughout the journey and prepare it for the next mission post-flight
- Collaborate closely with pilots and ground teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Handle passenger safety with professionalism, always remaining composed and proactive in any situation
- Document flight details, guest preferences, and service notes to ensure consistency and excellence
What You Bring?
- A valid EU passport and minimum age of 21 years
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A polished, confident, and friendly demeanor with impeccable personal presentation
- The ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to take on short-notice assignments when required
- A strong sense of diplomacy, discretion, and cultural sensitivity when dealing with VVIP guests
- At least 1 year of experience as a VIP Flight Attendant in business aviation, or several years as a long-haul commercial flight attendant in Business or First Class
- Alternatively, professional training or work experience in a 5-star hospitality environment
