Join Flexjet's Elite Cabin Service Team in Milan!
Flexjet, a leader in private aviation within the Directional Aviation portfolio, is seeking an experienced and polished Cabin Server for an exclusive assignment based in Milan. This is not a traditional flight attendant role—it is an opportunity for a service professional who takes pride in crafting seamless, elevated, and deeply personal experiences for discerning clients. If you have a passion for culinary excellence, an eye for detail, and a calm, intuitive approach to hospitality, we invite you to bring your expertise to our world-class team.
Your Role: Curator of the In-Flight Experience
As a Flexjet Cabin Server, you will be entrusted with every detail of the onboard experience. From the moment guests step aboard to the final farewell, you will ensure that their journey is nothing short of exceptional. Working autonomously aboard a privately managed aircraft, you will anticipate needs, execute bespoke service with precision, and maintain an immaculate cabin environment. This role demands discretion, poise, and a genuine dedication to exceeding expectations.
What You'll Do?
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a refined journey.
- Design and present bespoke menus tailored to client preferences, drawing on your culinary and mixology knowledge.
- Manage all aspects of catering and beverage service, from procurement to presentation.
- Maintain the cabin to the highest standards, conducting regular audits to ensure every detail is flawless.
- Coordinate closely with the Captain, providing timely updates on any passenger needs or plans that may impact the flight.
- Handle logistics for client-specific requests, including sourcing specialized items and managing onboard stock with precision.
- Balance a guest-first mindset with a steadfast commitment to Flexjet's values and operational excellence.
- Keep the aircraft organized, stocked, and pristine before, during, and after every flight.
- Perform physical tasks associated with cabin service, including lifting supplies, managing catering, and assisting with doors when needed.
What You Bring to the Role?
We are looking for a seasoned professional who combines technical expertise with a natural flair for hospitality. To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Extensive experience in business or private aviation, with a strong background in high-end service environments.
- Formal training as a Flight Attendant, Cabin Server, or Butler, or equivalent professional preparation.
- A genuine passion for cuisine, cooking, and mixology—you understand that the details matter.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The legal right to work in the territories we serve, and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- A professional, positive attitude and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
- Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your dedication to excellence and your ability to deliver an authentic, elevated service experience.
Physical Requirements
This role is hands-on and requires physical capability to:
- Lift and move supplies, catering items, and luggage as needed.
- Stand or sit for extended periods during flights.
- Push open and pull closed aircraft doors.
- Perform cleaning and stocking tasks within the cabin.
- Assess conditions visually and aurally to ensure safety and service standards.
Your Work Environment
You'll be working aboard a privately managed aircraft, where conditions can vary. The role involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures and humidity, and occasional work in outdoor weather conditions. You may also encounter aviation fuels and other chemicals. The environment can be loud at times, and flexibility is essential as rosters are established case-by-case based on client needs, maintenance schedules, and training requirements.
Why Flexjet?
This is a rare opportunity to join an organization that values service excellence, discretion, and innovation. Based in Milan—a city known for its sophistication and style—you'll be part of a team that sets the standard in private aviation. If you are ready to bring your skills to an exclusive assignment where every detail matters, we would love to hear from you.
