Elevate Your Career in Private Aviation: Flexjet Cabin Server – Milan!

Flexjet is seeking an exceptional Cabin Server to join our exclusive privately managed aircraft operation based in Milan. This is not a traditional flight attendant role—it is a bespoke position designed for a service professional who understands that true luxury lies in anticipation, discretion, and flawless execution. If you are based in Lombardy and ready to bring your passion for refined hospitality to the world of private aviation, this assignment offers something truly unique.

The Role: Curator of the In-Flight Experience

As our Cabin Server, you will be the architect of every guest's journey aboard a single privately managed aircraft. This means taking full ownership of the cabin environment and every service detail—from the moment you step onboard to the final farewell. You'll work closely with the Captain, ensuring seamless communication, and will have the autonomy to tailor each experience to the exacting preferences of discerning clientele. This is a role for someone who sees service as an art form and takes genuine pride in creating moments that feel effortless, personal, and memorable.

    What You'll Be Responsible For?

Your days will be varied, dynamic, and always centered on exceeding expectations. Here is a glimpse into what you will do:

    • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional flight experience.
    • Prepare and present exquisite catering and beverage offerings, drawing on your knowledge of cuisine, cooking, and mixology to propose bespoke menus tailored to individual tastes.
    • Maintain a pristine, meticulously organized cabin environment, conducting regular audits to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards.
    • Anticipate passenger needs proactively, responding with speed and grace while keeping the Captain informed of any details that may affect the flight.
    • Manage client-specific stock, accoutrement, and logistics—including sourcing and procuring items based on precise instructions.
    • Balance genuine passenger advocacy with unwavering adherence to Flexjet's core values and behaviors.
    • Attend to routine needs and handle unexpected requests with the same level of composure and care.

    Who We're Looking For?

This role demands a rare combination of experience, instinct, and polish. To succeed, you will bring:

    • Extensive experience in business or private aviation, ideally supported by formal Flight Attendant, Cabin Server, or Butler training.
    • A genuine passion for cuisine, cooking, and mixology—you understand that great food and drink are central to the luxury travel experience.
    • Proven customer service expertise, preferably within a high-end hospitality environment such as luxury hotels, yachting, or fine dining.
    • An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • The legal ability to work in the territories Flexjet serves, with unrestricted travel in and out of all relevant cities and countries.
    • Full professional fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
    • A professional, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
    • The physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including moderate bending and lifting (supplies, catering, luggage), pushing/pulling aircraft doors, standing and sitting for extended periods, and visually and aurally assessing conditions.

    Preferred, But Not Required:

    • Previous corporate aviation experience is a welcome advantage but not essential for the right candidate.

    Your Working Environment

This is a role without a fixed routine. Your roster will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis, shaped by client requirements, aircraft maintenance schedules, and training needs. Flexibility is essential.

You should also be comfortable with the unique conditions of an aircraft environment, including exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures (extreme heat and cold), outside weather, vibration, aviation fuels, and lavatory fluids. The noise level is typically loud, and you will occasionally work in high, precarious places.

    Why Flexjet?

This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to represent one of the most respected names in private aviation. You will work with discerning clients who expect nothing less than perfection, supported by a company that values authenticity, precision, and genuine care. If you are ready to take your service career to new heights and become an essential part of an exclusive operation based in Milan, we invite you to apply.
