SAUDIA, Saudi Arabia’s leading National Air Carrier, is offering exciting job opportunities for Flight Attendants who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a cabin crew team to provide excellent service. This position offers potential for career development, allowing the candidate to grow from a Flight Attendant to a Cabin Manager role. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and service standards are met, delivering a consistent onboard product, addressing and resolving any issues proactively, and contributing to the overall customer experience by supporting the cabin crew in providing exceptional service.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have a minimum high school degree with a "Good" or equivalent GPA, and must demonstrate proficiency in English. Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old, have an arm reach of at least 212 cm on tiptoes, and meet SAUDIA's height and weight standards. Additionally, must pass a screening assessment, have a pleasant appearance, maintain good personal hygiene, have healthy teeth, clear skin on their face and hands, and be free of visible tattoos or body piercings. Candidates must also be medically fit for the demanding role, as determined by SAUDIA's medical verification. To be eligible for an interview, applicants must have a minimum score of 52 on the Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS, and the test must have been taken within the past three years. Other English tests will not be accepted, and the STEP is mandatory for all candidates, including those who graduated outside of Saudi Arabia.
