Your Role: Creating Unforgettable Flight Experiences
As Cabin Crew with Saudia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your accountabilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety of the flight in accordance with established safety policies and procedures—safety is our number one priority
- Ensuring services needs are available and in good condition in accordance with established security and service policies and procedures
- Providing necessary in-flight services to passengers in accordance with established service and safety policies and procedures
- Enhancing Saudia's image through exceptional service that reflects our commitment to hospitality and professionalism
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum arms reach of 212 cm on tiptoes—this is essential for safety operations
- Height and weight must be according to SAUDIA standard chart
- Must pass the screening assessment as per SAUDIA's standards
- Pleasant overall appearance—you represent Saudia to the world
Education Requirements
- Minimum educational degree: High school
- Minimum accepted overall grade: GOOD
Required English Level
Saudia requires all Cabin Crew candidates to demonstrate English proficiency through the Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS.
- Minimum score required: 72
- The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed three years from the application date
- Other English tests will not be accepted—only STEP by QIYAS is valid
- The test is MANDATORY for all candidates, including graduates from outside the Kingdom
Important Note: If you haven't taken the STEP test yet, you may still complete your application and update your STEP score later, provided the requisition is still posted on the website.

- Valid Saudi National ID (minimum 6 months validity)
- Official Education Degree showing the overall average/GPA. If obtained outside the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from the Saudi Ministry of Education

- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 72
