About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be the face of LATAM on board — ensuring safety while creating an exceptional travel experience for every passenger. From your first flight to your last, you’ll carry the spirit of hospitality that defines who we are. If you take pride in making others feel comfortable, safe, and cared for, this is the place for you.
What to Expect:
- Location: Lima Airport (you must live in Lima)
- Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Contract: Fixed-term for 3 months, with the possibility of renewal
- Work mode: On-site
What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need prior aviation training — at LATAM Academy, we’ll guide you through our comprehensive cabin crew program to help you earn your wings. What matters most is your commitment, enthusiasm, and ability to deliver great service with genuine warmth.
To join our team, you’ll need:
- Completed secondary education and/or technical or university studies
- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing or service roles
- An intermediate level of English — if you understood this, you’re off to a great start!
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
- Residency in Lima, as your base will be Lima Airport
