Join the Eurowings Team – Cabin Crew Member (all genders) with Flight Experience!

Make Every Flight Special – With Warmth, Attentiveness, and a Sense of Adventure

Every flight is different. Your goal remains the same: to make our guests feel good and at ease – with warmth, attentiveness, and a sense of what makes travel special. At Eurowings, we believe that the journey should be just as enjoyable as the destination. As a Cabin Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in creating that experience.

If you're passionate about aviation, love connecting with people, and hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA), we'd love to hear from you. Join us in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, or Schönefeld and become part of a team that values warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.

Your Responsibilities: Create Genuine Moments of Comfort

Your smile takes off with you. As a Cabin Crew Member, you work with your crew to make our guests feel welcome and start their holiday feeling relaxed. A holiday atmosphere comes naturally on board – through small talk and tips that make the journey even more enjoyable.

    • Your day starts with a briefing: you receive all the information about the flight, crew, and preparations so that you can start perfectly and safely.
    • Before departure, you carry out safety checks and prepare the cabin for our guests.
    • During boarding, you bring ease on board: you welcome guests, provide guidance, and help wherever needed.
    • In the air, you and your crew provide attentive service and create genuine moments of comfort.
    • You present onboard shop products in a charming way and make the onboard experience even more special.
    • As a Eurowings ambassador, you embody our values through team spirit, warmth, and enthusiasm.
    • When turbulence occurs, you remain calm, find solutions, and provide reassurance.

What You Bring to the Role?

You hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in accordance with EASA Part-CC and enjoy interacting with people with your open and friendly manner. You also have at least an intermediate school-leaving certificate or a lower secondary school certificate with service experience, and meet the following requirements:

    • You are at least 18 years old and at least 1.60 m tall
    • You have good spoken and written German and English skills (at least B2 level)
    • Your passport is unrestricted and valid for at least another 18 months
    • You are in good health and fully fit to fly
    • Your eyesight is no more than ±5 diopters
    • You are a confident swimmer and can swim at least 100 metres at a brisk pace without interruption
    • During standby duty, you can reach your assigned base within 60 minutes
    • You have reliable internet access
    • You are willing to receive vaccinations in accordance with WHO recommendations
    • A strong service orientation is one of your strengths
    • You have a confident manner and a well-groomed appearance
