What Awaits You at Air Europa?
As part of our cabin crew, you'll be stepping into a role that combines genuine hospitality with operational precision. Based out of vibrant Madrid, you'll operate on our modern fleet of Boeing 737 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, giving you exposure to short, medium, and long-haul routes. Whether you're serving passengers on a quick European hop or welcoming travelers aboard an intercontinental journey, you'll be the face of our commitment to safety and service.
This is a permanent discontinuous contract, offered full-time, with salary conditions aligned with the current collective agreement—giving you stability while embracing the dynamic nature of aviation.
Your Journey to Becoming Air Europa Cabin Crew
We believe in transparency throughout our selection process, so you'll always know what to expect:
- Phase 1 – Online Tests: Applications are open until April 9. If your profile aligns with our needs, you'll receive an invitation to complete online assessments by the end of April. These help us understand your strengths and fit for the role.
- Phase 2 – In-Person Session: Candidates who advance will be invited to an in-person evaluation in Madrid, scheduled between early and mid-May. This is your chance to showcase your personality, professionalism, and passion for service.
- Phase 3 – Training & Onboarding: Successful candidates will begin training during June 2026, with the exciting milestone of operating their first flight by the end of the month. You'll be fully prepared to represent Air Europa with confidence from day one.
What We're Looking For?
To qualify for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential requirements:
- A valid Cabin Crew Certificate (EASA-142).
- A valid Class CC aeronautical medical certificate.
- A passport with no travel restrictions.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong command of English.
