In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the flight. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew, you will ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights, provide excellent customer service to passengers, assist with boarding and deboarding, and serve and sell food, beverages, and products. You will respond to passenger requests and inquiries, conduct pre-flight safety checks, assist with the cleaning and restocking of the aircraft between flights, participate in ongoing training and development, and adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma and fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Candidates must meet the flyadeal BMI requirements, the minimum height requirement of 160 cm, and have a minimum arm span of 212 cm while on tiptoes. They must be physically fit, able to lift and carry heavy objects, and capable of swimming 50 meters unattended. A medical examination must be passed, with no visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the cabin crew uniform, and no teeth problems. The candidate must possess a valid passport, be willing to travel frequently, and be eligible to travel on all routes and destinations served by flyadeal. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with a professional demeanor and impeccable grooming, are essential.
