Your Role: Safety, Service, and Professionalism
As a Cabin Crew member, you'll be trusted with the safety of hundreds of guests at 35,000 feet, representing flyadeal with professionalism, calmness, and confidence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests and crew at all times—in compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures
- Performing safety demonstrations, checks, and emergency procedures with confidence and precision
- Delivering friendly, attentive, and professional onboard service—creating memorable experiences for every guest
- Assisting guests during boarding, inflight, and disembarkation—you're the face of flyadeal
- Responding calmly and effectively to guest needs, medical situations, or unexpected events
- Serving and selling food, beverages, and onboard products—with warmth and professionalism
- Maintaining cabin cleanliness, readiness, and presentation standards—every detail matters
- Acting as a brand ambassador for flyadeal at all times—you represent our values and image
- Participating in recurrent training, safety drills, and performance development—continuous learning is part of the role
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Education & Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
Language Skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)—clear communication is essential
- Additional languages are an advantage and will make you stand out
Physical Requirements
- Minimum height 160 cm
- Minimum arm reach 212 cm on tiptoes—to access safety equipment
- Must meet flyadeal BMI and medical standards—you'll need to be fit for duty
- Ability to swim 50 meters unaided—essential for safety
- Physically fit and able to perform safety-related duties
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing cabin crew uniform
- Professional appearance and grooming standards—you represent flyadeal

- Valid passport with eligibility to travel on all flyadeal routes
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night duties
