Your Role: The Heartbeat of Every Flight
As the face of HelloJets, you are much more than a service provider—you are a guardian, a host, and an ambassador. Your primary mission is to ensure the absolute safety and comfort of every person on board, all while delivering the genuine, attentive service that defines our brand. You will work as part of a close-knit team where every member plays a crucial role in crafting an exceptional travel experience.
A typical day will see you:
- Prioritizing passenger safety above all, adhering meticulously to all operating and emergency procedures.
- Providing thoughtful, personalized onboard service that makes each guest feel valued and cared for.
- Representing HelloJets with pride, confidence, and a professional demeanor in every interaction.
- Handling unexpected situations with calmness, clarity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Your Foundation for Success
To join our crew and begin this adventure, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- A valid passport and ID card with no travel restrictions.
- A clean criminal record.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level in both spoken and written communication).
- Completed secondary education (a high school diploma or equivalent).
- Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak.
While not mandatory, the following are strong advantages:
- A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- A valid Class 2 Medical Certificate issued by an authorized aeromedical examiner.
- Previous operational experience on Boeing 737 NG or Airbus A320 family aircraft.
