About the Role
As a VIP Flight Attendant with Astonjet, you’ll be the face of our inflight experience and the trusted link between our clients and flight crew. You’ll manage every aspect of the cabin with confidence — from preparing refined meals to ensuring the aircraft is presented to perfection before each departure. You’ll also oversee catering logistics, liaise with suppliers, and take ownership of onboard safety and service delivery. What You’ll Be Doing?
- Welcoming passengers with genuine warmth and ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they step on board
- Delivering highly personalized inflight service, including fine dining, beverage presentation, and amenities management
- Prioritizing safety and compliance by following all aviation standards and emergency procedures
- Coordinating closely with the pilots and ground team to guarantee smooth flight operations
- Managing inventory, catering, and cabin presentation to Astonjet’s exacting standards
- Communicating with suppliers and the sales team to fulfill guest preferences and ensure flawless trip execution
- Anticipating client needs and maintaining a discreet, detail-oriented approach throughout every journey
What You Bring
- Proven experience in business aviation, preferably on midsize to heavy jets
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a calm, confident demeanor when interacting with VIP clientele
- A passion for hospitality, with strong knowledge of wines, table service, and fine dining etiquette
- Strong organization and adaptability, with the ability to handle changing schedules and client requests effortlessly
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) required; French proficiency is a strong advantage
- Unrestricted EU passport and the right to live and work within the European Union
- Residence within a two-hour call-out radius from Paris–Le Bourget Airport, or willingness to relocate
