    Your Mission: To Curate the Ultimate In-Flight Experience

    You will be the cornerstone of our client's journey, transforming each flight into a seamless, personalized event. Your role transcends standard service; it is about anticipating needs, managing every detail with finesse, and ensuring absolute comfort and security from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-up. You will act as a key liaison, working in harmony with the flight crew and our sales team to understand and exceed client expectations, ensuring every aspect of their experience is flawlessly executed.


    Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Providing a warm, professional welcome and delivering genuinely personalized, anticipatory service that defines the Astonjet standard.
    • Upholding the highest levels of safety and security as your foremost priority, in strict compliance with all aviation regulations.
    • Executing sophisticated in-flight services, from gourmet meal presentation and expert beverage service to the thoughtful management of amenities and entertainment systems.
    • Fostering seamless collaboration with the flight crew to ensure a harmonious and efficient operation throughout the journey.
    • Taking full ownership of the cabin, including meticulous inventory management, proactive supply coordination, and nurturing relationships with our trusted suppliers.
    • Overseeing all pre-flight preparations with precision and coordinating closely with the sales department to incorporate client feedback, special requests, and specific preferences into a truly tailored service plan.

    The Profile We Are Seeking

    We are looking for more than qualifications; we seek a professional with a particular passion for excellence in private aviation.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Demonstrable experience as a Flight Attendant within the business aviation sector, specifically on midsize to heavy jet aircraft.
    • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, with the poise to engage confidently and professionally with high-profile individuals.
    • A deeply client-focused mindset, outstanding attention to detail, a solution-oriented approach, and renowned calm under pressure.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the flexibility to adapt gracefully to the evolving needs of clients and operations.
    • A cultivated knowledge of fine wines, gourmet dining, and international etiquette.
    • An unrestricted passport and the legal right to live and work within the European Union.
    • Full professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level).
    • Residence within a 2-hour commute of Paris-le Bourget (LFPB), or a willingness to relocate to meet this operational requirement.

    What We Offer?

    This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start date. We provide a competitive package designed for the lifestyle of a flying professional:

    • Salary: A base salary of EUR 3,000 gross per month, plus standard per diems for all duty days.
    • Roster: A balanced and predictable schedule of 20 days ON / 10 days OFF, which includes your paid leave allocation, allowing for substantial personal time.
