    AstonJet is looking for an experienced Flight Attendant for the Cessna Citation Latitude, based at Paris-Le Bourget. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service, managing onboard inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.     Key Responsibilities:

    As a VIP Flight Attendant, you will welcome clients and deliver exceptional, personalized service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight. You will ensure the safety and security of all clients by adhering to aviation regulations and protocols. Your role includes providing high-quality in-flight services such as meal and beverage service, amenity distribution, and entertainment assistance. You will collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and a flawless customer journey. Additionally, you will manage aircraft inventory, coordinate orders, and maintain supplier relationships to meet all requirements. You will also prepare and organize in-flight services, meticulously handling all details before each flight while coordinating with the sales department to address client feedback, special requests, and specific needs for an enhanced service experience.

    Conditions:

    • Contract: Full-time, Permanent Employment.
    • Salary: €3,000 gross per month + per diem.
    • Roster: 20 days ON – 10 days OFF, including paid leave.

    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be fluent in English at a C1/C2 level, with proficiency in French being highly advantageous. Proven experience in business aviation on midsize to heavy jets is essential. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and positively with high-profile clients. A strong customer focus, exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset are required, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The role demands strong organizational skills, discretion, and adaptability to the changing needs of clients and operations. Knowledge of fine dining and multi-cultural etiquette is essential. Applicants must hold an unrestricted passport and have the right to live and work in the EU. They should either reside within a two-hour call-out time from the airport base or be willing to relocate.
