Your Tasks: Deliver Excellence at Every Turn
As part of our In-flight Service team, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our VIP guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering premium in-flight service and outstanding hospitality for VIP guests—every interaction is an opportunity to impress
- Coordinating catering logistics and planning menus tailored to individual passenger preferences—because true luxury is personal
- Ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and the proper operation of safety equipment—safety is never compromised
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the aircraft cabin to the highest standards
- Overseeing stock levels and managing onboard inventory with care and accuracy—every detail matters
Your Profile: What You Bring to the Team?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our commitment to excellence:
- Based in or near Vienna, with quick and reliable access to the airport—punctuality is essential
- Minimum of one year of business aviation experience required—you already understand the nuances of VIP service
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory—you'll be communicating with clients and crew in both languages
- Holder of an unrestricted EU passport—eligible to live, work, and travel freely within the EU
- Discreet, adaptable, team-focused, and able to perform well under pressure—you thrive in a dynamic environment
