What You’ll Be Doing?
Each day will bring something different. One flight might see you helping a nervous first-time flyer, the next could have you delivering our signature in-flight service with a smile. You’ll:
- Deliver Jet2.com’s award-winning hospitality and friendly service from take-off to landing.
- Ensure the highest safety standards, following procedures and assisting customers with confidence and care.
- Promote our range of in-flight products in a relaxed, approachable way — making sales feel like great service.
- Support your fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues to keep every journey smooth and safe.
- Represent Jet2.com with pride, professionalism, and positivity.
What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need prior cabin crew experience — we’ll provide all the training you need — but we are looking for people who:
- Have a natural passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with warmth.
- Stay composed under pressure and handle challenges with a smile.
- Feel comfortable achieving sales targets while keeping customer experience at the heart of what you do.
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team that supports one another on every flight.
These are full-time, fixed-term contracts until November 2026. Because we fly 24/7, your shifts will vary — early mornings, late finishes, weekends, and holidays are all part of the adventure.
What You’ll Need to Join Us?
To take to the skies as Cabin Crew, you’ll need to:
- Hold a valid UK or EU passport.
- Provide references covering the past 5 years and pass a criminal record check.
- Meet medical and safety standards, including reach and harness requirements.
- Successfully complete our CAA-approved 4-week training course at your chosen base (unpaid).
This training is your launchpad — giving you the confidence, safety knowledge, and customer service skills to shine from day one.
