What You'll Be Doing Every Day?
As Cabin Crew with Jet2.com, you're at the heart of our customers' holiday experience. Your role blends genuine warmth with professional responsibility—and no two flights are ever the same.
- Create Memories – Deliver our famous friendly service with a personal touch. From helping a nervous flyer feel at ease to celebrating a family's first trip abroad, you'll make moments that matter.
- Be Present – Confidently promote our onboard selection of food, drinks, and duty-free products. You'll engage naturally with customers while contributing to sales goals.
- Take Responsibility – Safety is never optional. You'll stay current with company procedures, maintain constant awareness, and protect the wellbeing of every person onboard.
- Work as One Team – Whether it's a routine flight or an unexpected situation, you'll support your fellow crew members and flight deck colleagues with trust and collaboration.
What We're Looking For?
You don't need previous cabin crew experience to apply. We care more about who you are than what's on your CV.

Important Requirements to Keep in Mind
To be considered, you must:
- Hold a current UK or EU passport with sufficient validity.
- Be able to provide full references covering the last five years.
- Pass satisfactory criminal record checks.
- Meet all medical and health regulations, including being able to fasten the crew jump seat harness and satisfy reach requirements.
Contract & Schedule Details
These opportunities are offered on a full-time Fixed Term contract running from 5th June to 2nd November 2026. Perform well, and if business needs allow, you could be invited back for future seasons.
Our operation runs 24/7, so your weekly hours will vary. Expect very early starts, late finishes, and a genuinely dynamic schedule.
Your Training Journey
Before you step onboard, you'll complete a 4-week unpaid training course that is CAA approved. The course is held locally to your chosen base and will give you every skill and piece of knowledge you need to succeed. Unlike some airlines, we charge no upfront fees for this training.
