Your Role in the Skies
More than just serving refreshments, you'll be the heart of the onboard experience. You'll ensure the well-being and comfort of every passenger while confidently promoting our range of in-flight products. Safety is our absolute priority, and you’ll be trained to handle any situation calmly and professionally.
A typical day will see you:
- Creating Memories: Delivering our famous, friendly customer service to make every flight feel special.
- Prioritising Safety: Taking responsibility for the secure environment of the cabin, always following the latest procedures.
- Engaging with Confidence: Actively and warmly promoting our onboard retail offerings to enhance the journey.
- Working as One Team: Collaborating seamlessly with your fellow crew and flight deck colleagues to support each other and our customers.

Essential Requirements for Your Application
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a current UK or EU/EEA passport with the required validity for unrestricted travel.
- Be able to provide full references covering the last five years and pass satisfactory criminal record checks.
- Meet all medical and health & safety regulations, including the ability to fasten the crew jump seat harness and meet our reach requirements.

We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position until November 2026, based on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern that includes early starts and late finishes.
