What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Completed 12th grade (secondary education).
- Certification: Have successfully finished the Initial Cabin Crew Course (PNC) and hold a valid license issued by the AAC (Civil Aviation Agency).
- Age: Minimum 18 years old.
- Language Skills: Strong command of both Portuguese and English.
- Appearance: Good personal presentation and professional grooming.
- Height Requirements: Women: Minimum 1.64 m, maximum 1.80 m; Men: Minimum 1.65 m, maximum 1.90 m
- Health & Fitness: Body Mass Index (BMI) maximum of 25; must be able to swim.
- Flexibility: Availability to work at any base established within the national territory of Cabo Verde.

- Previous experience working as Cabin Crew (PNC)
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate within a team

- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, or others
The Selection Process: What to Expect
