Who We're Looking For?
We believe great cabin crew are made, not born—but it helps to start with the right foundation. We're searching for individuals who bring warmth, resilience, and a genuine desire to make every passenger feel welcome and secure. You'll be representing Asky across our growing network, so your presence and professionalism matter.
To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- Hold a Bachelor's degree OR a high school certificate plus two years of post-diploma studies
- Speak both English and French fluently—you'll need both to connect with our diverse passengers
- Bring a dynamic, empathetic personality and the ability to stay calm and clear-headed in any situation
- Demonstrate strong cultural awareness and sensitivity—our passengers come from many backgrounds, and we celebrate that diversity
- Be in excellent physical and mental health
- Be able to swim 50 meters within 2 minutes
