Your Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member with Enter Air, you'll play a vital role in every flight. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring passenger safety by following aviation procedures—we'll teach you everything you need to know
- Supporting passengers throughout their journey and providing professional, friendly service
- Offering onboard sales and advising passengers on product selection
- Representing Enter Air both during flights and at off-board events promoting the brand
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes every passenger feel valued and cared for
Our Requirements
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Secondary education with a completed high school leaving exam (Matura)
- Fluent Polish (C2) and English (minimum B2)—clear communication is essential
- Willingness to work full-time and at non-standard hours due to the nature of the aviation industry
- Ability to swim 50 meters without a life jacket or assistance, without touching the bottom
- Ability to comfortably reach overhead baggage compartments located approximately 215 cm above the ground, enabling you to safely perform your daily duties onboard
- Ability to handle stress and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Tattoos are not a problem, provided they remain covered by the uniform while performing your duties
- Ability to easily build relationships, work as part of a team, and follow procedures
- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one, allowing you to travel internationally and spend several days abroad
