Your Role: Elevate Every Detail
As Cabin and Customer Hospitality Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our onboard experience reflects the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Excellence
- Upload necessary information regarding flights onto the required database—ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Follow company operating systems and procedures—consistency and compliance are key
- Look for new ideas to improve service (customer hospitality) on board—we value innovation and fresh perspectives
Customer Experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests during flights—resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Appreciate and understand various customer demographics, psychographics, and cultural diversity—you tailor your approach to every passenger
Uniform & Crew Support
- Take care of pilots' and cabin crew uniforms—follow their needs, ensure the correct process of issuing uniforms, and respond promptly to their requests
- Control and coordinate the process of VIP cabin crew uniform fittings—ensuring every crew member looks and feels their best
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Check and approve invoices related to catering and uniform supplies—accuracy and attention to detail are essential

Salary
We will be happy to discuss the specific amount during an interview based on your experience and qualifications.
Salary range: from €1,400 to €2,100 (brutto)
