What You'll Be Doing?
As our Cabin and Customer Hospitality Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cabin services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Uploading necessary flight information onto the required database—ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Following company operating systems and procedures—maintaining consistency and compliance
- Looking for new ideas to improve service and customer hospitality on board—your creativity will shape the passenger experience
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests during flights—ensuring every passenger feels heard and valued
- Taking care of pilots' and cabin crew uniforms—following their needs, ensuring the correct process of issuing uniforms, and responding promptly to requests
- Controlling and coordinating the process of VIP cabin crew uniform fittings—attention to detail is essential
- Checking and approving invoices related to catering and uniform supplies—managing budgets with precision

Salary and Compensation
