What You’ll Be Doing?
As a member of our cabin crew, you’ll be the face of Smartwings — ensuring that every flight is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for our passengers. You’ll work closely with your fellow crew members and pilots to maintain safety standards and deliver an outstanding level of onboard service.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Looking after passengers’ comfort and safety throughout the flight
- Delivering professional, friendly, and attentive customer service
- Adhering to company policies and civil aviation regulations
- Supporting the flight crew during all phases of flight to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking positive, responsible, and flexible individuals with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for service.
To join our team, you’ll need:
- A valid EU or Schengen passport
- To be at least 18 years old when joining the company
- A clear criminal record and good physical and mental health
- Fit-to-fly medical fitness and no serious medical conditions
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of Czech or another language is an advantage
- A professional appearance and high grooming standards
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Yellow fever vaccination (required)
- 100% participation in our six-to-eight-week intensive training program
- Valid Background Check issued by the Czech CAA (details provided during recruitment)
