Smartwings Airlines is currently seeking customer-focused Flight Attendants to join its team in Czech Republic. This role offers the opportunity to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers while delivering exceptional in-flight service.
Bases: Prague, Brno or Ostrava.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft while providing excellent customer service and care. You will adhere to company and civil aviation regulations and guidelines and collaborate with the crew to ensure a safe and smooth flight.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in written and spoken English at level B2 or higher. A valid EU or Schengen passport is required. Candidates must be medically, physically, and mentally fit to perform Cabin Crew duties, with good general health and no serious medical conditions, psychiatric, or chronic diseases. The ability to swim is essential. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to assist passengers are necessary, along with flexibility to work in various shift patterns and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations quickly. A pleasant appearance and high grooming standards are expected. Newcomers will undergo an intensive six-week training with 100% participation required. A valid Background Check issued by the Czech CAA is necessary on the date of entering the company, with further details provided during the hiring process. A clear criminal record is also required.
