Your Mission: Deliver Excellence at Every Turn
As Cabin Crew with Air Arabia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct & Preparation
- Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights
- Attend briefings to acknowledge flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures
Safety Measures
- Instruct passengers on safety procedures to be followed, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Identify areas of safety and security risks and partner with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action in accordance with SOPs
- Administer first aid to passengers where necessary
- Inform Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain, as appropriate, of any irregularities and malfunctions promptly
Customer Service
- Welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities—entering necessary data into the aircraft logbook per airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures
- Provide constant excellent customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs
- Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with policies and procedures
- Contribute to maximizing on-board revenue by efficiently promoting on-board meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program—achieving individual and team targets
- Ensure proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received against individual sales and donations
Crosschecking & Reports
- Carry out pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment prior to takeoff—reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain
- Assist in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flying
- Ensure orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff
- Carry out post-flight briefing and assessment reports—providing objective evaluation, reporting any problems or discrepancies, and closing and sealing duty-free containers
- Account to the Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers; carry out the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain
- Maintain necessary professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops—ensuring current license
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Education
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate—a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus
Certifications
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures are an added value
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
Personal Attributes
- Fit to fly—has good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable, friendly—demonstrates a cheerful and positive attitude even under stress
- Customer service oriented—capable of understanding and attending to customers' needs and requests
- Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers without compromising corporate image
- Focused—capable of identifying irregularities and handling threats and emergencies with efficiency and commitment to successful results
- Proactive, self-motivated—demonstrates initiative and positive teamwork competency
Skills
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English Language—other languages are an advantage based on airline requirements
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role in the airline/aviation or hospitality industries is an added value
Flexibility
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended working hours
- Shows high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs
