Your Role: The Ambassador of Anticipatory Service
You are far more than a safety professional to us—you are the living embodiment of the AirX brand and the primary architect of our passengers' experience. We entrust you to be the perceptive, intuitive force onboard who not only meets expectations but gracefully anticipates them. This means recalling a guest's preference for a specific vintage of water, discreetly adjusting the cabin ambiance to their mood, or remembering personal details that make their next flight feel like a return home. While safety is your paramount duty, your ability to deliver truly bespoke, thoughtful service is what defines success in this role.
A Glimpse into Your Responsibilities:
- Acting as the brand's ambassador, providing first-class, intuitive service that becomes a silent benchmark for excellence.
- Ensuring the cabin environment is impeccably maintained, clean, and perfectly prepared before every passenger step onboard.
- Warmly greeting and assisting passengers, handling luggage, and advising on safety procedures with polished discretion.
- Preparing and serving gourmet food and beverages to the highest standards of presentation.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the aircraft, route, and company services to answer any inquiry with confidence.
- Providing first aid if required and diligently following all instructions from the flight Commander.
- Managing all cabin administration with precision, including inventory, concierge reporting, and detailed End of Flight Reports that capture passenger preferences for future journeys.
- Upholding safety as the absolute priority, completing all required checks and logs, such as the Cabin Defects Log.
The Profile We Seek
We are looking for a professional who views service as a craft and privacy as a principle. The ideal candidate brings:
- Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, with previous roles in VIP, Business Aviation, or on small private jets (such as the Legacy or Challenger series) being a significant advantage.
- A naturally cheerful, polished, and team-oriented demeanor, paired with an impeccably groomed appearance.
- Complete fluency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate with elegance and clarity.
- Resilience and familiarity with the demands of long-haul, overnight, and multi-sector flying schedules.
- The valuable asset of fluency in a second language such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
