About the Role
Our Flight Attendants are the face of AirX — often the first and only touchpoint our clients have during their journey. You’ll be responsible for creating a seamless, personalized experience that reflects our commitment to excellence. Beyond ensuring safety and comfort, you’ll anticipate guests’ needs before they’re even expressed, offering thoughtful touches that turn every flight into something special.
Whether it’s remembering a client’s favorite drink, preparing their preferred reading material, or greeting them in their native language, your intuition and attention to detail will set the tone for every journey. You’ll also play a key operational role, managing inventory, catering, and post-flight reporting to keep each trip running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Delivering an outstanding VIP inflight experience, ensuring every detail meets AirX’s high standards.
- Preparing and maintaining the cabin to perfection, from catering to amenities.
- Greeting passengers warmly and assisting with luggage and seating arrangements.
- Performing all pre-flight safety checks and giving clear safety briefings.
- Preparing and serving gourmet meals and beverages with elegance and discretion.
- Managing onboard inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting any technical or service-related issues through proper documentation.
- Completing detailed post-flight and concierge reports to capture passenger preferences and feedback.
- Representing the AirX brand through a polished, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.
What You Bring?
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish are highly valued.
- A polished, confident appearance and a positive, can-do personality.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong cultural awareness.
- The ability to adapt to varied schedules, including long-haul and multi-sector days.
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant in VIP or Business Aviation, ideally on Legacy 600/650 or Challenger CL604/605 aircraft.
