During these sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about life as a Cabin Crew member with Air Nostrum, meet recruiters face-to-face, and take the first step toward an incredible career above the clouds.
What the Role Involves?
As part of our cabin crew, you’ll be the face of Air Nostrum—welcoming passengers onboard, ensuring their safety and comfort, and representing our brand with pride on every flight. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations throughout each flight.
- Delivering exceptional inflight service that reflects our high standards of hospitality.
- Maintaining a professional and polished image as a representative of Air Nostrum.

- Two passport-size photos

- Copy of your ID card (DNI)

Candidate Profile
We’re seeking individuals who combine safety awareness, teamwork, and outstanding service. To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 1st year of Bachillerato or a Medium/High-Level Vocational Training Certificate
- All academic qualifications must be officially validated in Spain
- Language: Fluent in English (Level B2)
- Appearance: Neat, well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude
- Height: Between 1.65m and 1.80m
- Swimming: Ability to swim confidently
- Residency: Valid residence and work permit in Spain
