Your Mission: Safety, Service, and Representation
As a member of our Cabin Crew, you will play a pivotal role in every flight. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the absolute safety and comfort of our passengers, creating a travel experience that is both secure and memorable. You will be an ambassador for the Air Nostrum brand, where your professionalism and positive attitude directly shape our reputation.
Your key duties will center around three core pillars:
- Guardian of Safety: You will be vigilant in monitoring and enforcing all safety regulations onboard, ensuring every passenger feels secure throughout their journey.
- Heart of Hospitality: Through attentive and personalized onboard service, you will strive to achieve the highest level of passenger satisfaction, turning routine flights into pleasant experiences.
- Brand Ambassador: Whether in the air or on the ground, you will represent the values and quality image of Air Nostrum with pride and professionalism.

1. MADRID
- Date & Time: Monday, 19 January 2026, starting at 11:00 (Open Day Part 1 for all candidates).
- For Pre-selected Candidates: An additional session will be held on Tuesday, 20 January at 08:30.
- Venue: HOTEL MADRID ALAMEDA AEROPUERTO by MELIÁ, Avda. de Logroño 100, 28042 Madrid.
2. PALMA DE MALLORCA
(This session is for candidates specifically interested in being based in Palma.)
- Date & Time: Thursday, 22 January 2026, starting at 10:30.
- Venue: Hotel INNSIDE Meliá Palma Bosque, Carrer Camilo José Cela, 5, 07014 Palma de Mallorca.
3. VALENCIA
- Date & Time: Friday, 23 January 2026, starting at 09:30.
- Venue: Hotel NH Valencia Center, Calle Ricardo Micó, 1, 46009 Valencia.
Do You Have the Profile We're Looking For?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following requirements:
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Minimum of 1st year of Bachillerato or Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training (officially recognized in Spain).
- Languages: Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Height: Between 1.65 m and 1.80 m.
- Skills: Must possess swimming ability.
- Legal Status: Hold a valid residence and work permit for Spain.
- Presentation: Maintain a professional and neat appearance.
