Astonjet Limited is searching for a seasoned, passionate VIP Flight Attendant to join our team, operating exclusively on the Global 7500. This isn't a typical flying role—it's a position of trust, discretion, and genuine partnership with an aircraft owner who expects nothing less than perfection.
As the dedicated ambassador of the onboard experience, you'll be the primary point of contact for the owner and their guests. Your mission? To deliver seamless, personalised service that doesn't just meet expectations but anticipates them. You'll learn their tastes, their routines, and their unspoken preferences—then weave those details into every single flight.
What You'll Be Doing?
This role goes far beyond standard cabin service. You'll take genuine ownership of the experience from start to finish.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming the owner and their guests onboard with warmth and professionalism, then delivering a service experience that feels effortlessly tailored to their preferences
- Observing, recording, and truly understanding the owner's tastes and daily routines—then adapting as those preferences evolve over time
- Upholding the highest standards of safety and security, maintaining full compliance with all aviation regulations and company procedures
- Providing exceptional inflight service with meticulous attention to every detail—from meal and beverage preparation to presentation and the overall cabin atmosphere
- Working seamlessly alongside the flight crew to ensure efficient operations and a consistently superior level of service
- Overseeing all aircraft provisioning, including inventory management, catering coordination, and supplier relationships—ensuring the aircraft is always ready for the next mission
- Preparing and organising every element of the onboard experience, while liaising with internal teams to act on feedback, special requests, and individual preferences
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for someone who already knows the world of VIP business aviation inside and out.
To be considered, you'll need:
- Proven experience in business aviation on large cabin or heavy jet aircraft, with a demonstrated track record of delivering VIP-level service—ideally on Global 7500 operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the poise and professionalism required to engage discreetly with UHNW clientele
- A strong service focus that balances outstanding standards with meticulous attention to detail, all while staying calm and efficient under pressure
- High levels of organisation, discretion, and adaptability to the dynamic needs of the owner, their guests, and flight operations
- A genuine instinct for anticipating preferences before they're voiced, and the emotional intelligence to build a trusted, lasting relationship with the owner
- Deep knowledge of fine dining, premium wines, and international service etiquette
- Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a strong asset)
