    Your Role: Ambassador of the Skies

    As Cabin Crew with Air Arabia, you are more than a flight attendant—you are our brand ambassador. From pre-flight preparations to post-landing procedures, you'll be responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the journey.     What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like?

    Pre-Flight Excellence

    You'll start by ensuring you're well-rested, properly groomed, and fully compliant with all legal requirements for flying. During the crew briefing, you'll review flight details, role assignments, safety protocols, and boarding procedures to ensure a seamless operation.

    Safety First, Always

    Your primary responsibility is passenger safety. You'll:

    • Demonstrate safety procedures clearly and professionally
    • Identify potential safety or security risks and work with the Cabin Supervisor to address them promptly
    • Provide first aid assistance when needed
    • Report any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain immediately

    Creating Memorable Experiences

    From warmly welcoming passengers as they board to attending to individual needs throughout the flight, you'll deliver consistent, excellent customer service. Whether assisting passengers experiencing stress or simply offering a reassuring smile, your presence makes a difference in their journey.

    Driving Onboard Success

    You'll play a key role in maximizing onboard revenue by promoting our meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program. You'll handle cash and credit card transactions securely while working toward individual and team sales targets.

    Maintaining a Pristine Cabin

    Before takeoff, you'll inspect emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials to ensure everything is in order. During transit stops, you'll coordinate with cleaning and catering teams to ensure the cabin is spotless and fully stocked for the next leg of the journey.

    Post-Flight Accountability

    After landing, you'll complete thorough briefings and assessment reports, providing objective feedback on the flight, documenting any issues, and ensuring proper closure and sealing of duty-free containers.


    What We're Looking For?

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High School Certificate or Diploma (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
    • Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions
    • Professional, presentable appearance with a friendly and cheerful demeanor—even under pressure
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and respond to passenger needs
    • Capable of handling difficult situations and upset customers professionally
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
    • Willingness to work shifts, extended hours, and adapt to a busy, changing schedule

    What Gives You an Edge:

    • Previous cabin crew experience or a customer service background in aviation, hospitality, or a related field
    • Active cabin crew license
    • Training in First Aid, Safety, or Emergency Procedures
