As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll be both a safety professional and a hospitality ambassador. From the moment passengers step on board to the moment they disembark, you’ll be there to guide, assist, and ensure every aspect of the flight runs smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in promoting Air Arabia’s inflight offerings and contributing to onboard sales, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arriving on time, fully prepared, and groomed to company standards for each assigned flight
- Participating in pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, passenger profiles, and individual responsibilities
- Demonstrating safety procedures and ensuring passengers follow them throughout the journey
- Identifying potential safety or security risks and working closely with the Cabin Supervisor to address them
- Delivering exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, special requests, and personal needs
- Handling onboard sales, promoting Air Arabia’s products and charity initiatives, and ensuring accurate handling of payments
- Conducting pre-flight checks on catering, safety equipment, and cabin cleanliness, and reporting any shortages or issues
- Coordinating with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams during transit and turnaround
- Writing post-flight reports and assisting with performance feedback when required
- Attending recurrent training sessions to keep your skills and certifications up to date

Requirements
- A Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (a Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A professional, friendly, and confident personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good health, fitness to fly, and no chronic medical conditions
Preferred Experience:
- Previous cabin crew experience or customer service background in aviation or hospitality
- First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training
- An active cabin crew license
