Your Responsibilities
As a Pegasus Cabin Crew member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming passengers in accordance with company standards and providing the highest level of service throughout the flight
- Reporting any technical or operational situation that could affect flight safety to the Captain
- Being knowledgeable about the technical features and emergency equipment of the aircraft type you are certified to operate, and applying all procedures effectively
- Fully implementing all passenger safety measures on the ground and during flight, in accordance with the Cabin Crew Manual
Requirements
Basic Eligibility
- Must be a Turkish citizen
- Must have been born on or after January 1, 1991
- Male candidates must have completed military service or have at least one year of military service deferment
- Must reside or be willing to reside on the Asian side of Istanbul
Education and Language Skills
- Minimum associate degree. Candidates who graduated from universities abroad must provide a recognition/equivalency certificate issued by the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Good proficiency in Arabic, Persian, Russian, French, German, Kazakh, or Kyrgyz is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Female candidates: Height between 160 and 180 cm
- Male candidates: Height between 170 and 190 cm
- Height and weight compatibility will be assessed according to the company's Body Mass Index (BMI) criteria
- No visible tattoos, piercings, burns, scars, or similar marks on areas of the body exposed when wearing the cabin crew uniform
Medical Fitness and Working Conditions
- Physically and socially able to adapt to shift work, variable flight schedules, and extended duty rotations
- Medically fit for flight duties in accordance with the cabin crew medical fitness criteria published by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Türkiye (SHGM)
Legal Status and Employment History
- No past or current criminal record or archived criminal record
- Must not have left a previous job due to absenteeism, misconduct, or behavior violating ethical standards and good faith
Personal Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, a team-oriented approach, and well-developed planning and organizational abilities
- Customer satisfaction-focused and solution-oriented, with experience in the service industry preferred
