- First Class or Business Class cabin crew experience (at least one year)
- A Cabin Leader or senior inflight role
- VIP Cabin Hosting on private aircraft
- Luxury hospitality settings—think high-end fine dining, elite service teams, or superyacht crew

- Valid rights to live and work in the European Union, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken

- Up-to-date vaccination records suitable for worldwide travel operations
