Loganair is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to deliver an exceptional flight experience to passengers. As Cabin Crew, your primary responsibility is ensuring passenger safety in and around the cabin. You will assist customers during boarding, carry out safety demonstrations, conduct security checks, and ensure their comfort throughout the flight.
As an ambassador for Loganair, maintaining excellent uniform standards and demonstrating outstanding customer service skills are essential. Strong communication, a welcoming demeanor, and a positive attitude are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew member, you will ensure that safety and security procedures are followed and adhered to at all times while keeping safety knowledge current and up to date. Responsibilities include taking part in pre-flight briefings, carrying out safety and security duties on board, and maintaining the required standards in uniform and personal presentation. You will ensure the inflight service is delivered according to company standards while providing a high level of customer care at all times. Additionally, you will work closely with pilots as part of the onboard team and contribute to On-Time Performance.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years of age, with a travel and tourism qualification being beneficial. They must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and have experience within an airline environment, as well as previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably fast-paced. Candidates should also have prior experience working independently and autonomously and be able to provide a clear disclosure certificate and references for the last five years. A current and valid passport is required, along with a UK Cabin Crew Medical and the ability to pass a medical carried out by a CAA-approved AME. A sound knowledge of the cabin crew operational environment and standards, as well as familiarity with the relevant part of the UK CAA Reg Law, is essential. The candidate must have a height between 5’2” and 5’11”, be able to swim unassisted for at least 25 meters, and live within or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of their base airport. They must also hold the legal right to live and work in the UK.
