What You’ll Do
As part of our cabin crew, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every journey reflects the comfort, safety, and quality that Union Aviation stands for. From pre-flight preparations to in-flight service, you’ll be at the heart of creating a seamless and memorable experience for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the aircraft’s interior to the highest presentation standards
- Coordinating catering, designing menus, and ensuring tailored passenger service
- Delivering safety and service briefings while upholding all compliance regulations
- Managing onboard equipment, making sure it meets quality and operational requirements
- Adapting quickly to changing schedules and providing VIP-level care on every flight
What We’re Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Previous VIP aviation experience (mandatory)
- A valid European passport (work requirement)
- Flexibility to work on a 17 days on / 15 days off rotation
- Strong adaptability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage unexpected tasks calmly
