We're currently recruiting for three distinct base locations, each offering its own unique lifestyle and energy:
- Malé, Maldives (MLE): Live and work in one of the world's most breathtaking island nations, surrounded by turquoise waters and unparalleled natural beauty.
- Dubai, UAE (DWC): Experience the pulse of a global metropolis, with world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment right at your doorstep.

Your Role: Creating Unforgettable Moments in the Sky
As a Beond Cabin Crew member, you are the face of our brand—and the architect of our guests' experience. Your presence sets the tone for every journey.
You will:
- Welcome guests aboard with genuine warmth, setting the stage for a refined and relaxing flight.
- Conduct safety demonstrations with clarity and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels secure and informed.
- Curate the in-flight experience, thoughtfully serving meals and beverages while anticipating needs before they arise.
- Respond to emergency situations with calm, confidence, and competence, including administering first aid when required.
- Maintain impeccable cabin standards, ensuring our aircraft reflect the premium experience we promise.
- Provide compassionate assistance to guests with special needs, including children, elderly passengers, or those requiring extra support.
- Collaborate seamlessly with flight deck and ground teams, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.
Who We're Looking For?
We're assembling a team of individuals who naturally combine professionalism with genuine kindness. To thrive at Beond, you should bring:
- At least 21 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a welcome advantage).
- Previous customer service experience—whether in hospitality, luxury retail, or aviation—that has sharpened your ability to connect with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to make guests feel at ease.
- Comfort and composure in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry items like luggage with ease.

Monthly Package Breakdown
Malé (MLE) Base: Total USD 2,225
- Basic Salary: USD 1,500
- Living Allowance: USD 500
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Transport Allowance: USD 100
- Travel Benefit: USD 125
Dubai (DWC) Base: Total USD 3,300
- Basic Salary: USD 1,500
- Accommodation Allowance: USD 1,400
- Transport Allowance: USD 275
- Travel Benefit: USD 125
Note: Living Allowance is not applicable for Dubai base.
Bahrain (BAH) Base:
Our package for Bahrain is currently being finalized. Shortlisted candidates will receive full details once confirmed.
Important Notes on Compensation:
- During the initial six-week training program, all new hires receive a fixed salary of USD 1,500 per month, regardless of base. Accommodation and transport are provided throughout this period.
- Variable allowances become payable only upon successful completion of training.
