Your Goal
You'll be joining our OCC Flight Care Department, a team that always strives to make the most informed decisions and provide top-quality service to our clients—making our company stand out from the rest. Your Duties and Responsibilities
As a Flight Care Agent, you'll play a vital role in the planning and preparation of all FLYINGGROUP flights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and preparing all FLYINGGROUP flights—ensuring every detail is accounted for
- Arranging VIP catering—coordinating with premium providers to meet our clients' expectations
- Organizing customer transportation—ensuring seamless ground arrangements
- Keeping passenger details and formalities up to date—accuracy and compliance are essential
- Performing detailed feasibility checks—anticipating challenges before they arise
- Taking appropriate action to tackle any irregularity—you're solution-oriented and proactive
- Providing support to the Senior Flight Care Agent in completing other tasks as assigned
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who brings a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Customer Focus
- You are highly customer-minded and pay full attention to the particulars of each customer—no detail is too small
Communication Skills
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of French
Personal Qualities
- Well-organized, stress-resistant, and able to multitask while maintaining a calm composure
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and enjoy working in a team
- Flexible, willing to work in shifts and during weekends
- Local resident is preferable
Technical Skills
- Good geographical knowledge
- Good computer knowledge: Word, Excel
Aviation Experience
- Experience in aviation is a must
- Experience in business aviation is a plus
- Good base of aviation terminology and IATA and ICAO codes
