Your Mission: Orchestrating Excellence from the Ground Up
As a Flight Care Agent, you'll be the backbone of our flight operations, ensuring that every journey our clients take with FLYINGGROUP is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. From the moment a trip is booked to the moment the aircraft touches down, you'll be the quiet force ensuring every detail is in place. What You'll Be Doing?
Your days will be dynamic, varied, and never dull. You'll take ownership of the planning and preparation for FLYINGGROUP's flights, working closely with your team to anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they arise. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating every aspect of flight preparation, from VIP catering arrangements to ground transportation for clients and crew
- Managing passenger details and ensuring all documentation and formalities are up to date and compliant
- Performing thorough feasibility checks on each flight, identifying potential issues and taking proactive steps to address them
- Maintaining clear and effective communication across departments to support smooth operations
- Assisting the Senior Flight Care Agent with additional tasks as needed, contributing to the team's overall success
This is a role where your attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure will directly impact the quality of service our clients experience.
Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone with a natural affinity for customer service and a sharp eye for the particulars that make each client unique. In this role, you'll need to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a composed, professional demeanor—even when schedules shift unexpectedly.
To succeed, you should bring:
- A highly customer-focused mindset, with genuine care for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken and written Dutch and English, plus solid working knowledge of French
- Strong organisational abilities and proven resilience in high-pressure situations
- A self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with a collaborative team spirit
- Good geographical knowledge and familiarity with aviation terminology, including IATA and ICAO codes
- Solid computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Previous aviation experience is essential; background in business aviation is a distinct advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, as our operations run around the clock
- Local residency in or near Antwerp is preferred, allowing you to be fully present and engaged with the team
