You will be the vital link between our UHNW clients and their onboard experience, ensuring every journey with Volare reflects our commitment to discreet, personalised, and flawless service. A Day in This Role
Your work will be the backbone of our cabin service excellence, split between hands-on preparation and client-focused coordination. Expect to:
- Become the personal touchpoint for our discerning passengers and their representatives, understanding and anticipating their preferences with the utmost discretion.
- Take full ownership of onboard catering: sourcing premium ingredients, preparing and presenting high-quality meals tailored to individual tastes, and managing all pre-flight provisioning.
- Partner closely with our Operations team to ensure each aircraft is presented perfectly, addressing any cabin serviceability points with urgency and care.
- Orchestrate the full cycle of flight preparation, from initial stocking to post-flight de-stocking and inventory management.
- Handle a variety of pre- and post-flight arrangements, ensuring every logistic, both on the ground and in the air, meets our exacting standards.

- Previous experience in a similar role within private aviation, superyachting, or ultra-high-end hospitality is a strong advantage.
