This role blends inflight service and ground-based coordination, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for clients—from the moment they step onboard to the moment they land.
About the Role
As a Cabin Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Volare Aviation’s hospitality, ensuring every flight reflects the elegance and quality our brand stands for. You’ll manage catering, prepare bespoke dishes based on passenger preferences, and liaise directly with UHNW clients and their representatives. When not flying, you’ll work closely with our Operations Department, helping maintain aircraft readiness and overseeing all pre- and post-flight details to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, order, and prepare gourmet catering tailored to each client’s individual preferences
- Prepare and present meals to the highest standard of quality and presentation
- Coordinate with Operations to address service needs, cabin readiness, and maintenance updates
- Liaise professionally with UHNW owners, representatives, and flight crews to deliver an effortless experience
- Manage pre- and post-flight logistics, including stocking and de-stocking aircraft interiors
- Ensure every aspect of the cabin meets Volare’s signature standards of luxury and comfort
