Volare Aviation is looking for a polished, warm, and self-motivated professional to step into a unique role that blends in-flight hospitality with hands-on ground operations. Based at London Oxford Airport, you'll work closely with UHNW clients and their representatives, ensuring every detail of their journey is seamless, discreet, and genuinely exceptional.
This isn't your typical flying position. It's a role for someone who loves variety—one day you're onboard delivering a refined service experience, and the next you're in our office coordinating catering, liaising with operations, or preparing a beautifully presented meal tailored to a passenger's exact preferences.
What You'll Be Doing?
No two days look the same, but your core responsibilities will include:
- Planning and ordering catering in advance, taking into account passenger preferences and dietary needs
- Preparing and presenting high-quality, freshly made food that meets the standards of discerning travelers
- Working hand-in-hand with our Operations Department to ensure aircraft cleanliness, snags are addressed, and serviceability never compromises the client experience
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for UHNW owners and their representatives—discretion and professionalism are essential here
- Coordinating pre-flight and post-flight arrangements, from stocking the aircraft with premium supplies to thorough de-stocking after each journey
