Join the ASL Aviation Team as Commercial Cabin Crew (PNC) – Based at Tremblay-en-France!

Have you been searching for a cabin crew role that truly values your certification and experience? ASL Aviation Holdings is looking for qualified Commercial Cabin Crew (PNC) to join our operations at Tremblay-en-France, flying aboard our Boeing 737 fleet on short and medium-haul routes. If you already hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation and want to work with an international team that prioritizes safety, service, and your professional growth, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?

As part of our onboard team, your primary focus is passenger safety, security, and comfort. But the role also offers variety—some flights may focus on efficient onboard sales, while others call for a more elevated VIP service approach. You'll represent ASL in uniform, always mindful that your professionalism and hospitality shape how travelers see our company.

You'll work under the guidance of your Cabin Chief and follow all lawful instructions from the Aircraft Commander. This means staying sharp, respecting operational procedures, and keeping your skills current through ongoing training. Your schedule is set by our Flight Operations team, though operational needs may sometimes shift your plans. Flexibility is part of the aviation life, and we look for people who take it in stride.

    In this role, you will:

    • Uphold safety and security standards as a company representative
    • Deliver genuine hospitality—listening, communicating, and ensuring passengers feel well cared for
    • Respect commercial commitments to our customers and suppliers
    • Maintain your competency through company-provided training
    • Adapt to schedule changes while keeping a positive, solution-oriented attitude

What You Need to Bring (Documents & Requirements)

Because this role requires immediate operational readiness, you must already hold a European Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and have your medical fitness up to date. Here's exactly what we'll need from your application file:

    • CV (PDF format)
    • Cover letter (PDF format)
    • Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) – issued by a European civil aviation authority or approved organization
    • English language certificate aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) – additional languages are a plus
    • Valid medical fitness certificate for cabin crew (issued by a CEMPN or approved aeronautical doctor)
    • Valid European passport
    • Yellow fever vaccination certificate
    • Criminal record extract (bulletin No. 3)
    • Full-length photo and ID photo
    • You must also be at least 18 years old and have completed an Operator Conversion Course along with all associated tests.
