We're hosting a hiring event in Manila, and we're looking for Filipino citizens who are ready to deliver excellent and professional customer care while ensuring the comfort and security of every passenger.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Must have completed 2 years in College/University
- Age: Must be 18 years old and above
- Height:
- Males: At least 5'6" tall
- Females: At least 5'2" tall
- Appearance: No visible or large tattoos
- Pre-Employment Checks: Must be willing to complete all necessary pre-employment checks (medical and security)
- Availability: Must be amenable to work on weekends and holidays
- Assignment: Must be open to being assigned at any PAL Express domestic station
- Vision: 20/20 vision is preferred and must not be color blind
- Citizenship: Open only to Filipino citizens with a valid Philippine passport (we do not sponsor Philippine work visas or permits for cabin crew positions)

If you are a former employee of Philippine Airlines or PAL Express, please be guided that the company will perform a records check prior to reconsidering your application.
Grooming Standards for Male Applicants
- Must wear a corporate suit with a classic necktie and classic leather belt
- Must wear corporate socks and classic, polished leather shoes
- Makeup/tinted sunblock and cosmetics (foundation, etc.) are not allowed
- Hair color must be in natural shades only—unconventional or vibrant colors are not permitted
- Clean shave required (no moustache, goatee, etc.)
Grooming Standards for Female Applicants
- Must wear basic corporate attire with a black corporate skirt (knee-length) and black blazer
- Must wear bright red lipstick and appropriate makeup—nail polish should match the lipstick color
- Hair color must be in natural shades only—unconventional or vibrant colors are not permitted
- Colored contact lenses are not allowed
- Hair must be neatly tied in a bun
- Black shoes with at least 2-inch heels
- No need to wear stockings
