Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Attendant, your duties will be comprehensive, covering all aspects of cabin operations and passenger care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Flight Support: Assisting the pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight, serving as a crucial link between the cabin and the flight deck.
- Emergency Preparedness: Immediately notifying the pilot in command of any emergency situation in the cabin, and executing all cabin safety and emergency procedures as specified in the Operations Manual (OM) and Cabin Crew Safety and Emergency Procedures Manual (CCSEPM).
- Safety Standards: Ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained in the passenger cabin, galley, and all other relevant areas onboard the aircraft at all times.
- Passenger Briefings: Thoroughly briefing passengers on the use of safety equipment and cabin procedures, ensuring their understanding and compliance.
- Passenger Comfort: Ensuring the comfort of passengers in accordance with ExecuJet Middle East policies, and maintaining clear communication between passengers and the flight deck crew.
- VIP Service: Completing all VIP pre-flight, during-flight, and post-flight duties as a cabin crew member, anticipating and exceeding the expectations of our high-profile guests.
- Cabin Upkeep: Being responsible for the meticulous cleaning of the aircraft, including the galley, cabin, and bathrooms, ensuring a pristine environment.
- Catering Excellence: Preparing VIP 5-star menus, creating, and delivering exquisite catering for all flights and onward flights at outstations, while adhering to charter budgets.
- Presentation: Mastering dining presentation, including food, drink, and table settings, to enhance the luxury experience.
- Documentation: Completing and handing over all relevant cabin-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Aircraft Readiness: Being responsible for the overall upkeep, restocking, and cleaning of the aircraft, ensuring it is always prepared for its next journey.
- Personal Presentation: Maintaining impeccable personal hygiene and appearance, and ensuring the upkeep of the provided ExecuJet Middle East uniform.
- Document Management: Being responsible for the upkeep of personal documents, including passport, visa, license, medical certificates, crew ID, vaccinations, and the ExecuJet Middle East CCSEPM.
- VIP Protocol: Possessing comprehensive VIP knowledge, etiquette, and protocol, enabling seamless interaction with high-net-worth individuals.
- Compliance: Understanding and ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced individual who is ready to contribute to our elite team. To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate/private aviation is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry's unique demands. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of regional experience is necessary. A background in corporate aviation is preferred.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid GCAA Cabin license or equivalent, and possess a valid Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) certificate.
