To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Age: Over 18 years of age
- Height: Minimum 1.65 meters
- Languages: Advanced level of Spanish and English (knowledge of additional languages is a distinct advantage)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical Condition: Good physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
- Attitude: Excellent public-facing and customer service skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Documentation: Valid DNI/NIE and passport (with a valid work permit)
- Geographic Mobility: Willingness to relocate or commute as required

Candidates must not have applied to any Iberia Express recruitment process in the last 12 months.
