Whether you're new to aviation or already hold a Cabin Crew Certificate (TCP), we welcome your application.
No previous experience? No problem. We provide all the training you need. If you already have your TCP—with or without flight experience—you're also welcome to apply. This is your chance to begin or advance your career with one of Spain's leading airlines.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Minimum height: 165 cm
- Languages: High level of Spanish and English (additional languages are a definite plus)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical condition: Good physical fitness
- Personal qualities: Excellent customer service attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Documents: Valid national ID (DNI/NIE) and passport with valid work authorization
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate as required
- Experience: Candidates with no experience, with or without a Cabin Crew Certificate (TCP), are welcome to apply
- Recruitment history: Must not have participated in any Iberia Express recruitment process within the last 12 months
