As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be the face of Freebird Airlines, ensuring our passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. You'll master safety procedures, deliver attentive service, and handle the dynamic flow of air travel with poise. Do You Have What We're Looking For?
We seek individuals who are naturally helpful, resilient, and thrive in a team environment. To be considered for our training program, you should meet the following general requirements:
- A completed school education.
- Fluent spoken and written English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- A genuine willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on assignments abroad.
- A passport without restrictions, valid for at least the next 12 months.
- A height between 1.60 m and 1.85 m.
- The ability to swim safely.
- Visual acuity not exceeding +/- 5 dioptres.
Just as important are your personal qualities:
- A high degree of intercultural competence and service orientation.
- Outstanding communication skills, a team-player mindset, and a sociable nature.
- A friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- The ability to work under pressure with diplomacy, even in challenging situations.
