Your Role as a Cabin Crew Member
As a key part of our ATR72-600 fleet operations, you will be the face of NAYSA, directly responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and pleasant journey for every passenger. You'll work alongside a professional crew to deliver exceptional in-flight service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols. This role is perfect for someone who is approachable, attentive, and takes pride in creating a positive travel experience for our guests.
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this exciting position, you must meet the following essential criteria:
- Hold a valid Cabin Crew Certificate (CC) and a current, valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate (CMA).
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma. Any intermediate or higher-level vocational training is a strong advantage.
- Have a minimum B1.3 level of English. Knowledge of French or Italian will be highly regarded.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the islands of Lanzarote or Fuerteventura.
- Have a clean criminal record and a valid work permit for the EU.
- Hold a valid Spanish national ID (DNI/NIE) and passport.
- Be available for geographic mobility as required by the role.
- Not have applied to any of our recruitment processes within the last 12 months.
Previous experience is not mandatory, but any background as cabin crew is a significant plus. If you have flown before, please be prepared to provide your flight hours certificate.
