Join the Binter Family: Cabin Crew for ATR72-600 Fleet – Canary Islands Bases!

Are you ready to take your aviation career to some of the most beautiful islands in the world? NAYSA, part of the Binter system, is seeking passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our Cabin Crew team operating on the ATR72-600 fleet. If you're looking for a role where professionalism meets the warmth of the Canary Islands, this could be your perfect opportunity.

We have immediate openings across four stunning bases: Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, and Gran Canaria. Whether you're just starting your aviation journey or bringing valuable experience, we want to hear from you.

    What You'll Need to Apply

Before you pack your bags for the islands, let's make sure you meet our essential requirements. Don't worry if you don't check every single box—we're looking for potential as much as experience.

    • Education: You should have at least a High School Diploma. If you've completed vocational training or higher education, that's definitely something we'll look upon favourably.
    • Essential Certifications: This is crucial—you must hold a valid Cabin Crew Certificate and a valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate. These are non-negotiable for this role.
    • Language Skills: English is essential at a minimum B1.3 level (that's upper-intermediate). If you speak French and/or Italian, please highlight this—it's a valued advantage in our diverse passenger base.
    • Experience: Here's the good news—previous cabin crew experience is not essential. We welcome newcomers to the profession! That said, if you do have experience, it will be positively valued, so be sure to mention it.
    • Base Locations: You must be willing to work from one of our four bases: Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, or Gran Canaria. Your preference will be considered during the selection process.

    Other Requirements:

    • Clean criminal record
    • Valid EU work permit
    • Valid National ID Card / Foreigner ID Card (DNI/NIE) and valid Passport
    • Geographical mobility—you should be open to moving between bases if operational needs require

Important Note for Experienced Candidates: If you have previous experience as a Cabin Crew member (TCP), we will need to request your flight hours certificate, so please have this ready.

One More Thing: If you've applied to any Binter or NAYSA selection process within the last 12 months, you won't be eligible this time around.

At Binter, we believe that technical skills can be taught, but attitude is something you bring with you. We're looking for individuals who naturally embody our company values:

    • Team players at heart: You thrive in a diverse, inclusive environment where collaboration isn't just encouraged—it's how we get things done. You're open, you communicate clearly, and you genuinely enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
    • Passionate about what you do: You don't just go through the motions. You show up fully, take pride in your work, and make things happen. Every flight is an opportunity to make a difference, and you treat it that way.
    • Forward-thinking and creative: The aviation world is always evolving, and so are we. You're not afraid to suggest new ideas or find creative solutions when challenges arise.
    • Naturally warm and approachable: Whether you're greeting passengers boarding the aircraft or assisting a colleague, you do it with a genuine smile. You build connections easily because people feel comfortable around you.
    • Efficient and focused: You know how to cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters. You analyze situations calmly and eliminate what doesn't add value—keeping things simple without compromising quality.
    • Safety-obsessed (in the best way): From day one, safety is your priority. You follow procedures meticulously, whether on the ground or in flight, and you never cut corners. It's not just a rule—it's part of who you are.
