Your Role: Own the Cabin, Lead the Experience
As Lead VVIP Cabin Crew, you will take full ownership of the entire cabin operation and passenger experience, from pre-flight planning and preparation through to post-flight completion. You'll be the driving force behind every detail, ensuring that safety, service, discretion, organization, and attention to detail are never compromised.
Key Responsibilities
Cabin Leadership & Service Standards
- Take full ownership of the entire cabin operation and passenger experience, from pre-flight planning and preparation through to post-flight completion
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, service, discretion, organization, and attention to detail at all times
- Establish, implement, and maintain exceptional cabin service standards—you set the benchmark for excellence
Culinary & Catering Management
- Plan menus and manage VIP aviation catering, including ordering, quality control, and coordination with premium caterers and restaurants worldwide
- Prepare, plate, and present meals onboard to an exceptional standard—you are the chef, the host, and the artist
- Select, store, present, and serve wines, including food pairings—your sommelier knowledge elevates every meal
- Oversee beverages, cabin presentation, and amenities—every detail contributes to the experience
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate upcoming sectors, passenger requirements, catering arrangements, ground logistics, and destination-specific requirements—you think ahead so nothing is left to chance
- Liaise proactively with the flight crew, operations team, handlers, FBOs, caterers, restaurants, hotels, and premium suppliers worldwide—you are the connector
- Manage cabin inventory, provisioning, and stock control—nothing runs out, nothing is forgotten
- Keep detailed records of passenger preferences and special requests, and anticipate requirements well in advance—you know your passengers before they ask
Service Delivery
- Deliver a highly personalized, discreet, and intuitive VVIP service on every flight—you make every journey unforgettable
Requirements
To succeed in this senior leadership role, you'll need a combination of extensive experience, deep knowledge, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Private/VIP/VVIP Aviation, preferably in a Lead or Senior Cabin Crew role—you've already proven yourself as a leader
- A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is a strong advantage
Language Skills
- Fluency in both French and English is essential—clear communication is non-negotiable
Service & Hospitality Knowledge
- Exceptional knowledge of VVIP service standards, protocol, etiquette, and luxury hospitality—you understand the nuances of serving high-profile clientele
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, formal table setting, food presentation, and restaurant-level service—you deliver with precision and grace
- Sommelier knowledge, including wine selection, food pairing, presentation, storage, and service—you elevate every meal
- Excellent knowledge of premium restaurants, international cuisine, and high-end hospitality—you know where to source the best
- Proven experience in VIP aviation catering and in coordinating with operations, handlers, FBOs, and premium suppliers
- Strong understanding of flight planning and operational coordination—you see the bigger picture
- Excellent inventory, provisioning, and stock management skills—you keep everything running smoothly
