We're Hiring: Private Jet Cabin Crew / Executive Stewardess
First Class / Business Class Experience | Multilingual | Dubai
Are you polished, personable, discreet, highly professional, and passionate about delivering five-star service at 40,000 feet? We are looking for an exceptional Private Jet Cabin Crew / Executive Stewardess to join a prestigious private aviation environment—someone who can seamlessly move between luxury inflight service and professional office support when not flying.
As a Private Jet Stewardess, you will be responsible for creating an elevated, personalized experience for VIP passengers while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, safety, and service excellence.
When the aircraft is not operating, you'll also support desk-based administrative and operational activities, making this an exciting hybrid role for someone who enjoys both aviation and a dynamic office environment.
Your Responsibilities
In Flight
- Deliver impeccable First Class / Business Class hospitality and personalized VIP service
- Prepare and serve premium meals, beverages, and refreshments
- Anticipate passenger preferences and provide highly personalized service
- Maintain immaculate cabin presentation and service standards
- Assist with pre-flight and post-flight cabin preparation
- Handle VIP requests with discretion, warmth, and professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality and respect passenger privacy
- Follow all applicable aviation safety and emergency procedures
On the Ground
- Support administrative and office tasks during non-flying periods
- Assist with travel, scheduling, and flight-related coordination
- Support preparation of passenger preferences, menus, and onboard requirements
- Assist with documentation, records, and general operational coordination
- Be flexible to support the wider team wherever required
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking a candidate who embodies the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence. To be considered, you'll need:
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew, Private Jet Stewardess, First Class, or Business Class Cabin Crew
- Luxury hospitality, VIP service, or five-star hotel experience is highly valued
- Multilingual ability is essential/preferred—fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette
- Warm, confident, and naturally service-oriented personality
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible mindset—equally comfortable flying and working from the office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel internationally
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
